Get the record expunged! You don't need a gun lawyer to do that! If you get the expungement, it never happened! I had a "problem" and had it expunged, but was denied a purchase permit because somehow the police knew of it! I went to the county court with a well known gun lawyer and the case the police were trying to use against me was thrown out!

Almost 2 months. Damn!

I was Navy. My dates were 6/'56 - 6/62. I used to get applications in the mail all the time to join the VFW & American Legion. I was reserve at the beginning of the Viet Nam war. I actually was a member (social) of the American Legion and tended bar.

For the record, I've never cleaned a crab before throwing it in the pot. Never had a problem and neither did my family generations before me. I don't eat the "mustard", but some guys do. DJNEB, there's a couple boat rental marinas o East Bay Ave in Barnegat also for crabbing and/or clamming. Bob's Bay Marina used to issue the clamming license, not sure now.

Yes, right above the bedroom window. Other times of the day too, at other spots on the gutter, mostly by the bird feeder outside the dining room window. Woodpeckers are suppose to eat BUGS, right? I get them on the feeder all the time. They chase the other birds away. My gutterpecker is the Red Bellied Woodpecker.

Adding to that, we had a shooting range in the basement of my high school, and I don't believe there was any special ventilation. I'm not saying lead is good for you, but doubt a shooting session once in a while would be all that bad! You could install a fan or fans in the basement windows or install an air cleaner which are not all that expensive. I have both in my basement wood shop.

Go for it! If you knew the stuff I've breathed, ingested and have stuck and still in my body, you'd think I should have been dead by now!
