I've had a G43 for a while now. Running it with Truglo Tritium 3 dot night sights and a Talon rubber grip in a Gearcraft Kydex IWB holster along with a spare mag outfitted fit a Taran Tactical +2 extension. I absolutely love it. Much easier to carry than my G26 and dead accurate. The shorter sight radius takes a little getting used to but I shoot it as well as my G34 now.

I'm so sorry to read this. We lost my brother's <2 year old Brittany Spaniel to lymphoma. We were all devastated and I totally feel your pain. Wishing you all the best.

I picked up a 1940 Izhevsk M38 a few years ago. Matching numbers but counterbored. Awesome shooter and great bush gun. I recommend them.

They aren't cheap to shoot but they're awesome. That's the only reason why I haven't bought one yet. If I commit to a firearm I make sure it's one that I can shoot/train with often.
