I need some surplus ammo and en-blocs for the M1 I just got from OldSchool. You have any? I plan on going around 8-ish. Also looking for a surplus cleaning kit and wrench. Oh... And books/manuals too. See you Sunday.

I'll try my damndest to be there. The only meetups I've been to so far have been at BA... ALso want to get an AR so this might be a good day learning what all those abbreviations actually mean! Ok before I get flamed too badly... Yes i searched the archives. I am going to Vegas on Sunday to Thurs next week. From some posts last year it looks like the Gun Store is a cool place. For those who were lucky enough to go to SHOT this year, are there any new discoveries? No wives on this trip. 5 of us who recently turned 40 got the ok to go. Looking for some fun firearms and non firearms related cool stuff to do. Suggest away.

I have a Liberty Cenutrion and it will definitely NOT fit all that you have. I have 5 handguns and 5 long guns and it is getting tight. I knew I should have gotten a bigger one. Also I found out the hard way that it is not waterproof. We were away for a week last March adopting our son and our power was out during that crazy storm. Sump pump no work= 4 inches of water in the basement. I now have it elevated on pallets. Also Liberty delivered it and two guys amazingly got it down in the basement quite easily. So secure it to the wall or floor.

I know the waiting sucks. Last time in Jackson I waited a little over 90 days. I am submitting for another three next week just so I have some on hand. I want to see how long it takes if I don't call every three weeks after 45 days elapse. Good luck... Maybe they'll be here in time for Christmas...

I just got an email from my sister saying " I was addicted to this show Top Shot on History Channel... When can you take me to the range?" We'll be going next week. I did enjoy the last two episodes waaaaaay more than the beginning ones. Maybe they learned their lesson for season two. What do you think?

So sorry to hear this news. The heartfelt condolences offered here are a testament to what our best friends mean to us. We had to put our 12 year old Golden down on Jan 28 this year. It does get easier but nothing will replace your friend. But another will come along to help fill the void. It just takes time.
