  2. He's got a pretty good track record childish behaviour on Hannity http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwJOF3bQmmQ
  3. If they won't ok something like Appleseed then there's very little hope for CR

  7. Typical of the gun community - we can't seem to agree on a damned thing.. not even what day to do a rally
  8. Here's a more well thought out response that doesn't involve feigned rage and fantasies of running around the woods with your guns shooting people ETA: Didn't realize it had already been posted here http://njgunforums.com/forum/index.php?/topic/45080-the-line-in-the-sand
  9. He doesn't need wits - he caters to an audience that is more ignorant than him. Look at the comments on this page http://piersmorgan.blogs.cnn.com/2013/01/10/tonight-piers-morgan-continues-guns-in-america-discussion-will-welcome-with-ben-shapiro/ I got thru about 10 comments before my blood pressure shot thru the roof...
  10. I didn't agree with everything he said, but overall, he did pretty good. Of course d0uchebag Morgan tried to make him out to be a government fearing/conspiracy nutjob like Alex Jones.. but the kid held his own for the most part.
  11. I just found the links and haven't watched yet, so can't comment on how he did yet. My guess is he did better than Alex Jones tho... Part 1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhQSvmcXC64 Part 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44bWvpBZpng Part 3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWBWvYu8Kns
  12. This is an oversimplified answer, but, in a nutshell... SHALL issue means that as long as you meet the requirements for a permit (i.e. age, no criminal history, maybe a training class - the requirements vary from state to state) then you shall be issued a permit. MAY issue means you have to make your case as to WHY you need a permit and then you may get a yes or a you may get a no depending on whether or not the judge (or whoever is responsible for the approval of your permit) likes your reason for needing a permit. NJ is a MAY issue state.. on paper at least.
  13. Another vote for Federal LE 00 Flightcontrol loads... 8 or 9 pellet.
  14. http://www.nyc.gov/h...formation.shtml (scroll down about a 1/3 of the page for the list of permits) As with most things in NYC that involve a city agency, getting any sort of handgun permit is a very convoluted, tedious, and expensive process.
  15. Given the hoops people in NYC have to jump thru just to have a handgun in their home, I'm not that surprised the list is that long. The one licensed person I know in NYC is unfortunately on the list. ETA: The list is for various CCW permits and for premises permits.
