  1. Forgive me if this sounds stupid, but from what I have read certain AOW (ATF Form 4) weapons are allowed in New Jersey. Is this true? If it is I was looking to get a AOW Shorty Shotgun. According to the GunTrustLawyer website AOW Firearms are Legal but are limited. Thanks, Singh
  2. I had to deal with Old Bridge for Commercial Building Permits, although it has nothing to do with the police department, it was one of the worst nightmares of my entire life.
  3. This signature list is emailed monthly to pro second amendment politicians to give them some "ammo" in helping to defend and fight for our 2nd Amendment rights in New Jersey.
  4. This case will define the future of "Shall Issue" for New Jersey, Its been posted on NJGunForums as well in some other threads and discussed. http://www.njgunowners.org/2010/07/saf- ... quirement/
  5. This petition is alive and needs your signatures. So far we have 1698 signatures out of which 1600 are from New Jersey residents. Please support NJ Bill S-69 Citizens' Protection Act so we can save lives in New Jersey. http://www.change.org/petitions/view/new_jersey_right_to_carry
  6. I think we should build a case against New Jersey in the sense that even though the State has CCW with "May Issue" all CCW permits that are applied for are not granted unless there is a political connection or other agenda. If we can prove that there is more than meets the eye to NJ "May Issue" CCW laws and our rights are being violated we could have a case. I wonder of CCW permits are public documents that we can access to see on what accounts the state has allowed them. I think that would be the first step.
  7. Recently, I received hundreds of e-mails from across the state in support of my proposal to permit concealed carry here in New Jersey. New Jersey, alas, enjoys a well-deserved reputation for featuring the most draconian anti-freedom laws in the entire nation. Obviously, given this outpouring of support, you are among the few, like me, who haven
  8. I believe you can usually get the insurance under your homeowner's umbrella policy. Yes you are correct it is not that expensive.
  9. http://www.change.org/actions/view/new_ ... t_to_carry Sign that petition above. It is for Assembly Bill A1282 which will be re-introduced this year by Assemblyman Michael Patrick Carroll ®. Make your voices heard, its takes many years and a ton of effort to get things like this passed, but without the support of the people it makes it much harder. Every voice counts.
  10. They would have to follow the laws of the bill initially or at-least until they would try to appeal it and have the appeal held up in federal courts for a year or two. The main thing is that it would be a major blow to the anti-freedom I mean gun movement in New Jersey. http://www.njgunowners.org/ http://www.change.org/actions/view/new_ ... t_to_carry
  11. If you clear your browser cookies and register her under a different email id it will or should work. Thanks
  12. My Local PD is very very Gun Friendly, when I went to pick up my permits this week he clearly stated that the law goes into effect on Jan 1st, 2010. It's One Gun a month (every 30 days). Doesn't matter if you buy it in State or out of State or which dealer. They track it via the Pistol Permits that are sent back in to your State Police and Local PD.
  13. These things take time and effort. Some of the states that have "shall issue" CCW laws it took years for it to get approved and pushed through.. We must make the efforts to voice our concerns and freedoms, otherwise one day we will lose more than just the 2nd amendment. Our Founders fought for these freedoms and sacrificed so much not to see them fade away but to encourage us to continue that voice and keep these freedoms alive. I say keep pushing forward and let it be heard that our voice counts as well.
  14. Wow almost at 500 Signers for this petition.. 95% of signers are from NJ
