Just got my CZ 75 SP-01 40 S&W two weeks ago, had it shipped to Lincoln Park True Value. Transfer & NICS= $40! Great guys! super friendly! Highly recommend them!

Just a quick question, guys. I'm planning to get a new pistol from Buds and I was wondering if in case I get a lemon and I want to ship it back to Buds or the manufacturer for repair or replacement... do I need to get another pistol permit for that gun that they'll be shipping back to me? Whole new FFL fees, too?

Thanks for all the support guys. I just looked at the budget & I've decided not to sell/trade G19..."for now". I'll probably put XS Sights on it & buy a Ruger Mk III for plinking. Considering selling/trading my Glock 19 w/night sights for a NIB EAA Witness Elite 40S&W w/accessory rail & 15rds mags. Just bought the G19 2 yrs. ago. It has 4 mags OEM. About 300rds thru this gun. No problems. No jams. Eats up anything. Its primarily a home defense & target practice gun. I use a TLR2 on it. I just cant get over the Glock trigger... been a 1911 & CZ man too long. P.S. I read somewhere that busgunstore.com send you a UPS box to ship it to them for free.
