  1. You don't legally need any case if you have a trunk.
  2. Most shops aren't going to give you a great price for just plain out selling. They have to put out the cash and then carry the gun on a gamble that it might sell. If you don't want to deal with the hassle of dealing with selling yourself privately (Either here, or on Gunbroker), you might like to try consignment. Steve at Monmouth Arms was great when I put my gun on consignment with him.
  3. If you need a plumber, Shane Foster out of Union Beach is Great. His user name on here is Brisco http://www.njgunforums.com/forum/index.php/topic/14522-plumbing-hydronic-heating/
  4. The texas road house in old bridge is better. I like the sirloin loaded with onions, with a cup of chili, and loaded steak fries. Or if you have more money to spend, the fillet.

  6. you are close to the Monmouth county dump, that might be the most affordable option even though its not the most convenient.
  7. Probably good for them to just send it out so that more people are informed. A few years ago, I tried to order ammo and couldn't. Sent off an angry email to Larry Potterfield. Received a response that I just needed to send them a copy of FPID and then its good to go.
  8. http://www.weddingwire.com/biz/chris-thomas-music-key-west/f182606bfc333ef3.html We used this guy for our ceremony and cocktail hour. He spends the summers in NJ and the winters in Key West. He was great and accommodated my wife's extensive selection of songs. Everyone loved his music. I know he does things with Bands, but not sure if that is a side project. Might be worth an email to find out.
  9. I would think the first thing to do would be his executor would contact the credit card company directly. They are usually pretty good at protecting "Their" money. Maybe run his credit to make sure no big things like mortgages were opened.
  10. I haven't gone back to them after they wouldn't let me check out a compliant WASR-10 because I was from NJ. "AK's are illegal there.."
  11. Paul's ar mags have a removable baseplate, as do hex mags.
  12. One would have to complete your method outside of NJ state lines in order to remain legal.
  13. Very Cool.. That appears to be a Glock 17 grip length though, so we would still have to use pinned mags.
  14. Unless you get free FFL Transfers, Monmouth Arms has them in stock for about the same price.

  16. I've been hearing a lot of good things about this guy. I will take a chance and give him a shot (pun intended) for my next valued firearms purchase.

  18. That's true of a lot of "permanently modified" magazines.
  19. My company uses State Shuttle / Hurley Limo. They are cheap and always on time. Down side is their cars are usually a few years old, but I haven't seen anything safety issues.
