Nope. Not this decision. Without the decision being overturned by the 9th circus there is nothing to bring to the SCOTUS.

A similar incident occured at an OBRPC steel match several years back. I think the jacket fragment came from another pit but had enough energy to pierce the skin on the side of a shooters nose. Same results no blood until pulled out then simple first aid. Shooter finished match. But was a very graphic lesson as to why glasses need to be worn.

No, only has authority in his area. Ala California. If brought to 9th circus and overturned, then brought to SCOTUS, and Scotus takes case and overturns 9th circus, then we need to sue NJ, as they will ignore the decision, once brought to Scotus again then maybe NJ will actually follow the law.

Car Guru's - 2019 Chevy Traverse - Auto Stop/Start

Or if you are stuck in a snow storm, amazing how much gas those car were saving as they were dead in the middle of the road waiting for a jump start. As to disabling the feature, someone came up with a simple "fix" that would have a timing circuit act like pressing the disable button a few seconds after the car was originally started. -
what would happen if you shot a bullet?

Okay, SO how many people had this exact same reaction when they read about the decision. I know that was my first thought.

You must have missed a part. Read 10. 10. In this case the facts show the defendant possessed a gun, in her house, for the purpose of self-defense without a FOID card. To require the defendant to fill out a form, provide a picture ID and pay a $10 fee to obtain a FOID card before she can exercise her constitutional right to self-defense with a firearm is a violation of the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution as applied to the States and a violation of...... The video says that the Illinois SC, is leaning to uphold the lower court decision. So as @Ray Ray says if this does go to SCOTUS, it is a very big deal as all fees could be ruled unconstitutional.

Some of my favorite scenes are Lance Reddick deadpanning as the concierge, Hotel Manager : How may I be of service? John Wick : Is the doctor in? Hotel Manager : Yes sir, 24/7. John Wick : Send him up, please. Hotel Manager : Yes sir! John Wick : How good is your laundry? Hotel Manager : [sighs] I'm sorry to say that no one is THAT good! John Wick : No... I thought not! Hotel Manager : May I suggest a drink, sir? Bourbon perhaps? John Wick : That sounds perfect. Not to mention Ian McShane, hard to believe he is 77 years old. -

Liked the first one, not so much the second. Too much mumbo jumbo. Went from a fun action movie to "deep plot". Will watch the 3rd however.

Ignorant people ask questions and become smarter or more educated. These people are not the issue. Stupid people ask the same question over and over and expect different results. Or just ask questions so stupid they need to be smacked. ALA Hank Johnson "Will Guam capsize" Or the guy here that asked if throwing his pistol over a wall was a good way to clear a jam.
-
That has nothing to do with logic or emotion. Just plain stubborness. Same reason guys don't stop to ask for directions, guys will "figure it out themselves" which makes for worse students.
-
Unfortunately, he isn't. There are many studies that show that most women think emotionally. While men think logicaly. Yes there are many exceptions, but the "rule" is sound. Now as to the women as politicians, you need both perspectives or you are equally screwed.
-
Or it could just be some people like to learn first so they don't ask stupid questions. NJ does not have a strong heritage, so many know absolutely nothing about firearms other than whats on tv. I was a "lurker" for a while. I tried to learn the rules, terms and whatever else i could. There is actually a lot of information to be found here. Trust me, there are a lot of stupid questions. And even more stupid answers.

Pretty sure OGAM only applies to handgun purchases, rifle should have no affect.

This morning I heard something on the radio that made perfect sense. NJ is predicting 60million tax revenues. Guess what they are going to do? Borrow money against that predicted income stream. And "spend" it on their pet graft. So what when that tax never happens. (Yeah the aveage stoner is gonna pony up an extra 20%). Just more debt for everyone. I can't wait for lawsuits about being denied a job because of weed use, or the new laws that will make drug testing illegal.
