5 meters is 16 feet not a monster shark by Great White standards, Very common, Just watch shark week, Over 20 feet is a real big one, and 22 feet or up is a MONSTER. Remember these guys did not use their own equipment. So forget about using your own specialty stuff.

Since that is how we see things, A stop sign is x amount of inches, A car tire is x amount of inches, I do not see things in 1.047 inches or 3.6 inches at a time. Does this make sense. We are no experts at all but it has helped me shoot better in the competitions of unknown distance and unknown size targets. No range finders. It is also the first one he has ever made so you have to start somewhere. If we ever meet up to check out your SRS He can bring you a copy of the drawings and how it was designed to work. But I will find out the scale in the meantime.

We use USO SN3's with the PCMOA reticle. My spotter Phil designed the reticle and John made it up for us. It is a MOA based reticle, There is no reason to have a Mil reticle in todays day and age. We are not calling in Artillery. Why bother with a conversion if you do not have to. I also have a Horus Scope and it is very nice for target, But gets too busy if you are trying to track a target. IMHO. I have a SWFA SS 10X with side parallax on a AR10 and for the money it is a good scope, But it is in mil and I have to use my Mil dot master when Playing with it. I would go with the SS over the 700-800 Loopy scope too. USO or S&B would be my first choice, But be ready to spend 3k.

Did not know anything about this show until I saw this thread. But I do know both JJ, and Mike, Met them through David Olhasso(GM) and Ipsc. He was a regular at both the Old Bridge and Cjrp matches if he was around town. Mike is great with a pistol but, JJ is other worldly!! 10 years ago he would hit the mag button on his SV and grab one off his belt get it seated in the gun and catch the falling mag before it hit the ground. Now I will have to find the show

Or standard limited class, 223's and semi auto shotguns? There has to be more than just the one stage you posted above right? Not going to drive to shoot one stage
