  1. Nice. I haven't been there since November or so. I'm going to have to get over there soon if I can get a day off of work...
  2. Last time I was there they had a few Noveske lowers in stock.
  3. I just finished this lower today. Maybe I'll put an upper on my Christmas list for my Fiance... PSA Lower PSA LPK Hogue Grip Pinned UTC Stock, commercial buffer tube.
  4. Have you been there? If so, how is it?
  5. I think this may be next on my list... Sent from my SCH-I800 using Tapatalk 2
  6. Same here, I got a factory reconditioned Dell latitude for pretty cheap. It does what I need it to. Sent from my SCH-I800 using Tapatalk 2
  7. Just placed my order! I've been sitting on a PSA stripped lower for about a year now. Maybe I'll get the rest of the gun built within the next two years...
  8. Eh, as much as I want to do it, I might have to wait until another course comes around. My fiance and I are closing on our house in about three weeks, so we're trying to save every penny possible... If it was a month or two later I'd do it in a heartbeat.
  9. I'm looking at signing up for the defensive carbine course on 9/8 (if there's still spots left). Am I able to use a pistol-caliber carbine for this class?
  10. I'll have to try it out, maybe I'll head to the WMA next week... I just revived my dad's 1976 Model 60
  11. Do you know what his screen name is, or does he have a dedicated forum here?
  12. I think the furthest I've gone with it is out to about 75 yards or so, but it was still pretty dead-on.
  13. Do many people use pistol-caliber carbines for these classes? I'd be using a Cx4 in 9mm and a Glock 19.
  14. I just realized how close this class is to me... I may just have to sign up.
  15. The spot where they want to put it is roughly 4 acres... On Atlantic Ave between Missouri and Mississippi; right at the base of the expressway. You pretty much have to drive right past it as you come into the city. It's a great spot, but I was just wondering what the people would say about adding a store in AC that sells those horrible guns and ammunition... [/sarcasm]
  16. I was wondering if it would be a neutered store given the location...
  17. Looks like a Bass Pro Shops is coming to Atlantic City... I've never been to one before, good stuff? http://www.pressofatlanticcity.com/news/breaking/introducing-the-fourth-phase-of-the-walk-in-atlantic-city/article_e6ee8334-ebf3-11e1-ac31-001a4bcf887a.html
  18. I've never shot at range 14 yet, but I made this setup for the WMA range out of 1.25" PVC pipe for less than $10. The target area is 24" wide X 36" tall. It breaks down to fit in the car pretty easily. I also filled the bottom pipes with sand to make it stable in the wind
  19. Awesome, that's great to hear... I'm moving to EHT next month as soon as my house is finished being built. My next stop after getting my license changed at the DMV is to EHT PD for the new FID & a few permits. My Fiance will be applying for her initial FID too.
  20. I've only ever ordered from Bud's Gun Shop and Palmetto State Armory... Buds had the FFL info, PSA did not. It just took a quick fax from Tony and I was good to go. I'm pretty private sellers on gunbroker will want to see the FFL info. I'm not too sure how that works, as I've never bought an item on GB that needed an FFL.
  21. If the vendor does not have the FFL info on file, have the FFL fax a copy of their license to the vendor. Once the vendor has this info they will ship it. It's actually pretty easy.
  22. Yeah, it's right on Elwood-Weymouth Rd. One person in the group needs to have a current hunting license to use it. I actually just got my hunting license yesterday for the sole purpose of using that range; I really have no desire to hunt... Here's the link for the Atlantic County range: http://www.aclink.org/publicsafety/FTF/ I've never been there on a weekend, so I'm not sure how crowded it gets.
  23. The only ranges in Atlantic County are the police range in EHT, which is open on weekends for civilians, and the State WMA range in Mullica. The WMA range is for shotgun and rimfire only.
