As another licensed plumber, I agree with everything said by Deerslayer. I will add: tankless water heaters have there place, but replacing a standard 40 gallon(non power vent) does not make a lot of sense to me. PULL THE PERMIT!! Homeowners who live in the home are allowed to do their own plumbing work, and get their own permit. I have seen quite a few people run into issues trying to sell with a new water heater and no sticker from the inspector.

What is this feels like crap? OK, it's cold out, I understand wind chill factor. I understand there is a formula for trying to find out what the temperature and wind will make the human body feel like. Also understand this is very subjective. Recently, on a network news weather report and on some weather website, they had a "feels like" temperature instead of wind chill. Are we all really that stupid? Or am I just bitching about nothing?

I would second this. Bring a pair of sneakers for sure. I also have a pair of "cross trainers" (brown sneakers), Heavier work boots will mark the shingles on a residential roof in warmer weather.

Seems I might have to get some more dies for the Dillion. I am going to try to shoot mostly .38 out of the Trooper, but I have a feeling I'll have to shoot a few .357 each range trip.

Just shot my, new to me, Colt Trooper MK III, 4" .357 Was wondering if anyone else here owned one. Gun is in great shape, made sometime between 1969-82. Might need a latch spring, otherwise shoots great. .38 is pretty fun, .357 is no joke Just got off the phone with Colt, they are sending me an owners manual.
