I generally understand the NJ hollow point thing. Legal to buy, bring home, bring to range etc but nowhere else. OK: So what if I lawfully hold a FL CCW, and I'm traveling to PA to carry. Can I have hollow points in the vehicle? I know you can if going to a range, hunting, etc. Obviously following the transport laws while I do it, cased, locked, seperate from gun

If im 21 and have an FID, can I borrow and transport my fathers pistols for range use when he is not with me? They are on valid NJ pistol permits in his name (same last name as me) and same adress

Most of the assault rifles have pistol grips. why not take that off? its the most widely used evil thing. Ban something specific like folding stocks....well alot of ARs and AKs have them but they ALL have pistol grips. If the pistol grips are off the list you can still have one more evil feature (like the folding stock)

I have my FID already, got it 3 years ago. Just turned 21, now getting pistol permit. I filled out my SP66 and STS-33, and I'm getting my check in order for the criminal history check ($18 i think). Am I set or do I need more fingerprints? I'm in the same town that issued me the FID, nothings changed.

AK "zigzag" brake legality?
Pew Pew Plates replied to Pew Pew Plates's topic in AK Variant Discussion
Are there any ATF documents backing that up? I always like to have proof, just incase -
Hello, I am very familiar with NJs AWB (unfortunatly). I know that a welded on brake is OK, and any flash hider is BAD BAD! Anyways, im perhaps purchasing a bulgarian AK74 clone. Im wondering if I should keep the brake(welded of course), or ditch it. I know that it is designed as a brake but im wondering if it would be mis construed as a flash hider of sorts. http://www.krebscustom.com/AK74Brake.jpg thats the brake style in question. It directs the gas up, down, and to the sides. The 2 big cuts direct the gasses up and to the sides. Any solid facts on this?
