  1. I personally wouldnt do it... Too much risk.. If it was his property for sure go ahead. But as it is too many variables.
  2. Just to be safe.... Rent agreement and change of address on permit... But chances are by the time the change of address comes thru youll be living in the new home, And you'll be forced to start that nightmare again.
  3. Wow!!! I never thought I would hear this in a PRO-2A community.. "Call 911" "He might be a criminal" for exercising a -GOD GIVEN RIGHT- on a God forsaken state to gun owners.. And what does an "Average looking Joe" looks like? Wow!!! We are messed if people continue thinking like this specially Pro2a.. Ohh by the way I am a Hispanic that looks African American and During weekdays don't wear my best attire since I am always working. If I were to come form another state carrying my firearm I would get the police called by another PRO2A person.. WOW!!!
  4. In another note when you guys think we will receive a YEI-NEI decision form the courts whether we can carry or not..
  5. Remember.. armed security does not fall into LEO and they do get approved and I think thats what they mean when they say 90% of non-LEO..
  6. "Unlawful Possession" hmmm I smell another "Justifiable Need" like clause!!!.. DANGER!
  7. I for one will do everything in my voting power for that to happen!!! I will vote until every last one of them is out of office.
  8. Is it me or politicians in NJ are trying to treat firearm purchase as if we were trying to carry? with the training and the renewal of FPID?
  9. WOW it passed... That's just wrong and unfair to gun owners in NY...
  10. The fact is that the guy broke NJ laws, either he knew or not a law has been broken... Moreover the penalty for it is ridiculously wrong. The guy is going to get hammered as if he was caring it with bad intent. I mean don't get me wrong he should be penalized!! but, not like a criminal, specially if he is not one. Which the state of NJ makes you one as soon as you become a civilian with a firearm. The penalty for it should be something like... "Ok he proved that he has all proper paperwork for all his guns and cleared some kind of check up for any warrants or whatever, give him a hefty fine, take his guns make him pay for shipping to an FFL of his choice within the state that he resides or the state that he is licensed to carry and ok he goes on his way to wherever his way was". I think that would be severe enough for a gun owner traveling through NJ to make sure he checks twice the laws before he/she travels to another state. but now instead he is a criminal as if he had a career of doing crimes. Just like any other hoodlum that gets locked up every other week...
  11. Some times that is the case. But, most of the times its not I rather spend the money locally meaning in NJ to support gun shops. Plus after FFL transferring fees and nic and all the minor charges comes out about the same plus if anything goes wrong got to deal with emails. NO not with my guns I rather have somebody I trust by me.
