  1. Congrats. Hope the baby and mom are doing well.
  2. Personally I tend to stick with Federal and Speer. I always shoot 124 gr. I have some cases of Federal 124gr 9mm I am selling $230 each if you're interested.

  4. I'd stay away from the mosquito. Too temperamental with Ammo. I have a German P228 with holster wear that I'm planning on selling. $535
  5. My wife and I as well as many other members of this forum got in on the $300 life deal. Was good deal. Glad I did it.
  6. I wouldn't want a dog that I loved ending their life without me and my family there. It's tough. I've cried my fair share and I'm sure it will happen every time.
  7. Glock 21 or Hk 45 both around the same.
  8. Optima batteries are nothing like they used to be. I'd pass. Interstate batteries have always worked well for me.
  9. I have some Montana go 40 if anybody is interested. Also have 230gr Xtreme heads for $100 per 1k
  10. Nice. Love the Equinox look.
  11. All you damn guys are having too much fun The Gun Gallery are good people. Purchased two guns from them. Actually my 7005r came from them. Shout out to all my peeps. Need to make it down to FL soon. At least now there is a bunch of people to meet up with.
  12. Biggest issue I had with the place was the workers bull crapping and leaving customers at the counter for 5-10 minutes literally looking at them waiting for service.

    Sig p220, 229, or 226

Food for thought, the 229-1 mag is just a 229 40sw mag with a new follower and spring.

Zeke, they do work but I wouldn't trust my life with them. Going to the range, okay but I'd out the right mag in it for self defense purposes.

Fully agree with this. I have 4-p228's for a reason. The p229 was designed around 40sw to begin with. The new p225 looks promising. Prefer the larger trigger guard of he new gun.

The e2 or e squared was a trial with a new shorter grip for people to try. That has emerged into Sig using that grip on new guns now and the e2 being phased out. That being said, 229's that have the long extractor will use the 229-1 mags that are 15 rounds. This was accomplished by Sig doing away with the 9mm frame and using the 40sw p229 frame. The 40 frame had a wider mag well hence the 2 added rounds. One other thing is that mecgar was the manufacturer for Sig and they put out a 15 round mag in a non sig marked magazine for the 228 and early 229 folks. Easier to show you then to write. Hope you get the idea.
  17. Was just going to say sometimes it's better to use your social.
  18. Old marketplace was better. The new marketplace caused lots to leave. The rules stated there was no such thing as dibs since the seller can see to whomever they wish. Change the marketplace and people will come back.

Zeke, I have all of these guns. You're more than welcome to try them out. Conversions are available for 229's as well as 226's. I prefer the 228/ 229 guns over the 226. Seems just to fit better. I have no issue shooting blocks or anything really. I'm able to get up high on the gun to control it. Beaver tails for signs come in stainless elites, legion, scorpion and the custom 22 models. It should be noted that the custom 22 is the cheapest way to buy a Sig.
  20. Range fees are $20 per hour and $10 for each additional person.
  21. So to get this straight, you feel they should give free 3 month trials to former BA members, without GSSC receiving anything? Since the business has nothing to do with Phil, I don't see how they owe anybody. Everyone would want a free trial.
  22. GSSC has nothing to do with Brick Armory. Personally I think it's awesome that they are willing to give former members that Phil screwed over a chance to get something for their money. Garden State has nothing to do with brick armory. New owners, new people, new look and an attitude that the customer always comes first. That says a lot to me.
