  1. that might be me, my brother and cousin, we try to go 2 sundays a month, skip allows us to put our steel and swingers. i've only been a member for 3 full years, i found the range when harborsite had it, i've done a class with kenny. beside for the neighbors, the range is super sweet. at one point we were able to shoot 180 degrees, kenny had plan grand plans, too bad it didn't pan out and just ended up effing the range and its members. was there 2 sundays ago, pits are closed. edit: we travel in from Philly, usually bring a bunch of guns, ammo and targets, the 40min drive into NJ with PA tags and gun is nerve wrecking, If AR registration goes thru, not sure out of stater with NJ legal ar will have the ability to come into the state to shoot

is the FS2000 NJ legal bone stock? its been brought up, but i didn't find the anything clear, someone would mention the flash hider, or the "pistol grip". look for a new rifle for both HD and range use. I don't want to pin the muzzle, cause i plan to sleep with it at home (PA) suppressed.
  4. I'm little confused about the Muzzle device. A2 flash hider is NOT legal, A2 Muzzle brake IS legal if pinned in place, now, someone tell me what is the difference bwt the A2 flashhider and the A2 muzzle break, it seems to be used interchangeably. thanks.
  5. well time was kept, but time w/o scoring the target is just that, time. i'm not bitchin bout how SJSC runs their show, I would like to see scores. regardless, i still had fun. just to be clear, a mossberg 500, pump, holds 5 in the mag tube, pistol grip and collapsible stock is Aokay to bring into Jersey.
  6. will be there plus 3. I've been to 2 SJSC sundays shoots in the past month and i've had fun both time. It seem that its more of a lets get together and shoot some targets, rather then a competition. for the father's day shoot, stages had door and windows, however scores weren't kept even tho we were using IDPA targets. from these shoot i think SJSC just want to something informal and fun to bring out shooters on a sunday morning.
  7. i was afraid of that. hope its just a technical error.
  8. anyone knows what happen to PAFOA.org? it's been down since last nite, 4/29/10
  9. thanks for the replies. Now my buddy can bring his shotty to shoot clay instead of using mine. lol
  10. Don't laugh or flame me the pistol girp and adjustable stock are legal in NJ? can i remove the wooden dowel for clay shooting? sorry bout the noobie question.

Thanks guys, I wanted something different instead of just an AR. Right now i'm just shooting a gsg 5, 22lr looking to go bigger and it just seems like the 223 is a natural progression. once i get it i'll put up some pics.
  12. Hi new to the forum here. 31yrs male from phila, have been shooting since dec of 08. Since then i haven't been into nj with guns but I recently joined HSUSNA in pittsgrove. I've been reading and posting on PAFOA so I understand the Laws there pretty well, however I know nothing about NJ laws other then transporting and handgun mag limit. Looking to get a 223/556 rifle to shoot beyond 100yrds so i figure i best get some schooling 1st. Looking forward to read and ask question here and hopefully enjoy some good times in NJ without breaking any laws.
