With hi-cap 45s the thing is that the gun fits your hand. 10+ 45acps make for a thick handle. try them on for size. My 2cents the HK USP .45, Best automatic i've ever shot.

No, what will happen is the lawyer will adjourn the case over and over again, month after month until you (or the woman who was hit) get sick of taking time off from work/school and don't show up one time. Then the case will be dismissed. However it was very nice for this guy to get involved.

I'm sorry but I don't understand what you are trying to do. The M1A has been legal for years. Springfield armory( and Colt) were able to show legislators that their rifles are legitimate target guns, not "evil assault weapons" If the M1A and M14 are the same get the M1A.

In this configuration I dont think it would be ok in NJ. However, if it was reconfigured and didnt have handguards (and fell under the NJ weight limit) it would be ok. Bushmaster makes a NJ compliant AR pistol (made out of composite without handguards) Paul maybe knows better on this one. I thought that any pistol with the magazine outside the grip is illegal in NJ?

It is the exact same process as an initial. Actually it was more complicated than last time. Getting the file doesn't help either, I moved across town and that did not help. Make sure you check up a week or two later to make sure your references came back. The PD won't call you if something is missing or not filled out to their specs.
