  1. Everything seems to be working for me; wanted to confirm that for you.
  2. It's happening for me as well with Chrome version 70.0.3538.110 It looks like it might be a Javascript issue with GoogleAds. Screenshot attached to show the error.
  3. This argument is flawed, since we know that not all guns are registered, yet they can still be legal in NJ.
  4. i was trying to figure out where it was but I couldn't place the development. I normally stay up near the Clinton area and don't get down to Flemington often.
  5. I switched to wet tumbling back in March. I deprimed my tumbled brass and ran it through - AMAZING. Instantly hooked and completely worth it. The new tumbling setup went perfect with the new bench I had built. I scoured the internet and managed to find a used Lortone 12lb tumbler for a decent price....very very happy with it. I use some dish soap and a touch of lemishine - brass comes out looking like new! I've also used it to clean up various other pieces and it worked like a champ each time.
  6. Do we know of any national banks that are friendly to the 2A / firearm manufacturers?
  7. UH, yes Political Correctness has gone WAY to far.
  8. Very hard to pick just one...but if I had to. Star Wars - A New Hope (none of this new cut nonsense, I'm talking the original 1977 goodness)
  9. I just built a new workbench and mounted my LnL press - I had 5/16" bolts on my old bench, with the new one went to 1/2", Much more secure. I should have done it earlier. I used a washer under the bin tray bracket, and one one top of the bracket as well. Lock washers and nuts on the bottom and the press is as secure as can be - not going anywhere! Just my 2 cents - bump up to 1/2" bolts for the LnL.
  10. After you get some miles - i also HIGHLY recommend Lee Parks Total Control Riding course. Awesome day and will really bring your riding to the next level. When I took it we had all types of bikes, sport bikes, classics, Harleys, even a Gold Wing. http://www.totalcontroltraining.net/
  11. Getting tired of hearing the stereotypical 'IT Guy" comments.......I work in IT, and can take these physical challenges like they were a walk in the park.
  12. Rider Ed of NJ gets my vote - great course, worth every penny! Got my license through them back in 2005 and haven't looked back since.

    My 1911 Build!!!

Very good! Building a 1911 is on my list once I'm done with this AR.
  14. I have a dyson. I love it. Seriously. I'm not sure it's worth quite the high price tag, but the thing cleans VERY well. I have 4 cats and use it to clean the cat trees and vacuum the carpets - it's amazing the amount of dirt this thing picks up. we've had ours for a couple years now, it's never given me a problem, and although it's mostly plastic, the quality is very good.
  15. I'll second this. I have taped my ankles every event and it has saved me more than once. Especially the 'trail run' at Bear Creek. I hated that.
  16. Yes I will most likely be there in October. SoCalTrojanSoldier covered it pretty well. NJ isn't as bad as the hills at PA. Tough Mudder is still a runners event. Conditioning will play a MUCH bigger factor than strength. Hydrate the entire week before the event - I didn't drink enough last November and cramped up very badly halfway through. I'm not making that mistake again. As far as clothing goes - it's a personal choice. I've never worn gloves. It's always been shorts, compression shorts, and a t shirt. In 2010 Tri State i wore a costume (Dorothy from the wizard of oz - it was a blast) I focused a bit more on nutrition and timing the past couple events and for me it made a big difference. The water is cold - it is the hardest thing for me to handle. The best advice is to keep moving, do not even think about stopping. Get it in your head to keep moving and you will be just fine. Yes I know this is much harder in practice. Number one advice? Have fun! If you are going at it alone, don't worry - you'll meet people. If you have a group, you'll have a good time. All of my events I have gone with one or two people, had a blast. In 2012 I really want to do it with a group. Don't let the event get into your head. If your only goal is to finish, then YOU WILL. In 2010, I roped my twin sister into doing it with me. On three days notice. This event is not something she's comfortable doing nor does she train for that type of event. I got her to finish and couldn't have been prouder. I even gave her my free beer (Hell she earned it more than I did) Oh and the electrical wires? I'm the dope who walks through them instead of running. It breaks down easily to this 1) Have Fun. 2)Stay Tough. 3)Earn the Headband. 4)Conditioning 4)Conditioning 4)Conditioning 5)Hydrate 6)Nutrition 7-10 )Conditioning.
  17. Have fun! - I've done 4 of these.....always a good time! I'm probably going to enter this one as well - need to get a nice even 5 plus Under Armour is a sponsor now so I need one of those new shirts. The live wire obstacle is my favorite. Yes I have issues. Stay Tough!
  18. I believe the Target version has a 5" barrel vs a 3.4 for the regular. I think you will need to get the new barrel. You would probably trade a barrel with someone who wanted the Target version.
  19. Lunch, at 1pm, is my first meal of the day today. It consisted of a protein shake and a TBsp of Smuckers natural peanut butter. Please, don't be jealous.
  20. Another example of how the general public can't be trusted with carrying firearms, but law enforcement can, in the Northeast. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/01/25/former-new-york-prosecutor-arrested-for-holding-teen-at-gunpoint-after-doorbell/
  21. For what it's worth Alison Haislip is from Tewksbury.
