    The most important thing is the barrel TE. Without a gauge it's impossible to tell. Never buy an M1 with a TE of lower then 6.

    Excellent powder to start with. My "pet" load with a 124-125 grain FMJ bullet is 4.7 grains.

    H335 and Accurate 2230. Why? Because each was developed for the .223 semi-auto rifle.

    Max is 6.0 T 800 FPS. Your good to go. Just use a 1/16" crimp on the case mouth and you will be fine.
