  1. What'd you use as proof of residency? Northampton wants either voters reg (must be resident for 30 days), or tax receipt, or earned income certification.
  2. I was expecting 15 minutes, but 20....that's ridiculous!
  3. I think Phil is in deeper shit than is led on. If he's not answering any of the employees you know something is up.
  4. If you invest in the proper tools for riveting and head spacing, you can build a really really nice gun. In nj you cant build a receiver so you need to order one from nodak spud for 100 bucks or so. Forget about screw builds, rivet it. Also you can tig weld it together, but the jury is still out on that one.
  5. Someone makes a mount that allows a mid length moe ar15 handguard to an ak also
  6. Home's closing is within the next few months, wont be fully moved for a while..lots of loose ends to tie up. I pulled the lever on my ejection seat and am bailing out of this burning heap.
  7. What was the slam fire issue all about? What did you do with the brake?
  8. I just had some transfers there. Quick. Easy. Everything was OK. No complaints.
  9. Manalapan is way better than before. At least they post the times. I used to get different answer every time. They had nice evening hours a few years ago.
  10. don't silver solder the brake like you would with air conditioning fittings or pressed parts. The process is a little different. The brake will discolor a little, but once your toss some oil back on its hard to notice.
  11. pm me. I'll walk you through silver soldering. Its really easy
  12. I've never attempted to fly out of any nj airport with a pistol. Have you considered shipping a pistol via ups from a hub to another hub for pickup?
  13. Seems like we're speaking a lot. I would stick with the silver solder. During the federal assault weapons ban and for nfa compliance it was an accepted method of attaching a brake. Nj has never ruled on what's acceptable, so you'll have a better chance in court. Plus...you can unsolder the brake if you ever need to do a repair. I've used that stuff before for other needs...its not great. You can also tig weld the brake to your sight block. I've done that before. Message me if you have any questions. I can walk you through soldering the brake on.
