  1. I do have the rear sight. I took it off because it doesn't fit under the scope. If you really want the scope we might be able to work something out.
  2. I would estimate that at the very high end it would be 750 rounds. Probably less. I've only had it for about a year so I'm assuming that it would be Gen 2.
  3. Honestly, I dont know that I would've even taken possession of the rifle if work had been done that I hadn't approved. However, I'm wondering if they were worried that it would be considered a flash hider. I know some places go by that stupid "tip of the pinky finger" thing which is asinine.
  4. Going up on consignment at local FFL. AR Varminter. PSA lower, Stag Arms upper. 20" heavy barrel. Bore is bright and shiny. Never ran steel case through it. Mostly PMC 55gr .223. Have had the rifle for awhile, but I would say that round count is around 1000. Scope not included. $675. Patriot Ordnance Factory P-415 "Other". This is a piston AR with the works. Adjustable gas block, ambi everything, 3lb single stage match trigger. I put a JP Enterprise Three Port Compensator on it. Comes with the irons, but not the red dot. $1650. PTR-32. 7.62x39. Cool gun. Bonus points for HK Slap. Not really much to say about this gun as it is stock from the factory. Pretty damn accurate with the LPVO on there. LPVO not included. $800. Savage Model 10 Precision Carbine. .308 bolt gun, added JP Enterprises Recoil Eliminator. This compensator really does the trick on the recoil. As a bonus it will scare away any brass goblins as the blast out the side will rattle the souls from their bodies. Very accurate rifle as well. Scope not included. $500 I live in Cape May County but willing to travel to Cumberland or Atlantic County for transfer. Buyer must have proper forms of ID, and is responsible for transfer/NICS fee on their end. First "I'll take it" gets the gun, just be sure to mention which gun. Feel free to message me with any other questions. Not looking for trades.
  5. Was thinking of going this month to join SJSC and was wondering if anyone here could answer a couple questions I have about it. Saw that there was a Family Membership and was wondering if my fiance would qualify as family. The only reason we aren't married right now is that we had to cancel our wedding because of covid. It says on the website that all members have to have an FID. Would she have to have an FID to be under a Family Membership if she was even eligible? She would never go to the range by herself anyway. And lastly if she didn't qualify for under a Family Membership would she be able to participate in any of the shooting events or is it members only? I know she would love to at least try something like a .22 rimfire event.
  6. He's a Seppala Siberian Sled Dog
  7. This is Arjac. Destroyer of worlds. lol. He'll help burglars pack.
  8. I've looked through the hunting digest three times trying to find out if I could bring more than one gun with me in the field while hunting. I plan on coyote hunting with a centerfire rifle, but I would like to bring a shotgun with me for anything inside of 50yds. I will most likely have the shotgun in my Jeep anyway so I can hunt at night. Any help would be appreciated.
  9. I tried to use my Florida carry permit once. That didn't go over well.
  10. I just opened up a bottle of Glenfiddich 15 year old. Love it.
  11. I love me some Old Gold. Used to buy it by the case. Tonight I'm drinking some Willet Bourbon. I think I payed for the bottle more than the whiskey. Had to mix it with club soda. Cool bottle though.
  12. So, two days before a hunting trip to Quebec I needed to sight in my Savage Model 10. Cutting it close, but I had just got the scope in the mail and mounted it the night before. Was also going to take my Remington 700 on the trip just in case. Load up everything in my car. Or so I thought. I get to the range, look in the back of my car, and damn near went into a full blown panic attack. My case with the Savage wasn't there. Not in the trunk either. I'm freaking out. I'm think oh snap, I left it on my lawn next to my car. My range is in the middle of nowhere about 45 minutes from my house. I'm frantic trying to call my dad and get him to check, but I can't get cell reception. I finally get a hold of him and he says it's not there. It's not on the lawn, in the garage, or in my room. At this point we are both freaking out. As it turns out, I left it in my laundry room, which is where the back door of my house is. Crisis averted. I calm down, and figure at least I can make sure my Remmy is good to go. Open the gun case, and sure enough the bolt isn't in the gun. So here I am at the range, one gun "missing" and the other without a bolt. Turns out I put it in the wrong ammo can after a range trip with some buddies. I almost always store the bolts separate from the gun, just because I'm obsessive like that. Worst range day ever. Did I mention it was also raining, and I set targets at 100 and 200 yards before I realized all of this?
  13. At the moment I'm on a bourbon kick. Sippin on some Maker's 46.
  14. Was in the Duke of Fluke tournament last saturday. I caught one small fluke. My buddy caught a 19 incher. Not big enough to place. We were in the kayak division, by the way. The guy that won the Tournament brought in a 13.5 pound fluke. Absolutely incredible. Just got back from shark fishing in the Delaware Bay from shore with my buddy runnin our lines out about 200yds on his kayak. We were using tuna sticks, which ended up being a good thing. I hooked into what we believe was a BIG cow nose ray, or some other sort of ray. This sucker would not budge. Ended up fighting him for about 45 minutes and the line eventually snapped. Going out in the kayaks tomorrow to try and get some sharks.
