Was looking at the LCP for my wife...then I came across the S/W Bodyguard Semi with the built in laser....She likes that better.

I had 3 that I did that with (i know i know i know)..tried to renew but they were expired too long...My PD (Absecon) didnt want them....I made them take them anyway when I reapplied for 3 more.(hoping it would speed up my new ones)..She just ripped them and threw in the trash as they were no importance.

Was told to clean a Keltec before shooting it for the first time...any feedback?

Quick Question??? Why does the GFH website for Florida CCW state 6 photos's needed when the Florida application states send in 1. Just curious..

Hi There! Doug Here, Have been poking around the forum for a couple of weeks now. Didnt take me long to realize this was a educated fun looking group of gun lovers, so i paid up quickly. 10 yr resident of Galloway/Absecon area via South Mississippi And Louisiana..land of no gun laws so I was quite shocked the first time I asked to see a gun I was refused for no gun card...What BS is this I thought...As I learned more I was missing the south more and more. Just got around to getting my FID a while back and now and wanting to add to my collection. Took my daughter shooing in Memphis over Turkey holiday and she is semi hooked and asking for more so I want to spend more time with her teaching her the ropes. I will post some video as soon as I figure how to convert from BB video to youtube. Look forward to meeting some of you and possibly shooting together one day.

1. Application type - FID with 3 PPs 2. Police Department where you applied. Absecon 3. Name of the person you dealt with at the PD. Mrs. Vicky In Records. (Super Helpful) 4. Time taken to issue FID and/or permit. About 3 Weeks 5. Documents required by the PD (aside from the standard application and the mental health release form). None 6. Notes - anything pertaining to the application process (unforeseen difficulties, chief of police calling your home, you hiring an attorney, etc.). Nothing other than when I applied they had just changed over to Morpho trak fingerprinting instead of at the police dept. so I was the first to go through that new process...just a extra step to drive to Lnwood to get printed..No biggie though.
