Joe from Mastodon Ammo told me he'd take it over the phone, I did have to deliver, but It was a nice ride. A quick, no issue sale for asking price .I wish he was closer and I'd be regular customer.

Sure. I will. I really don't want to, but I need the cash.

I'm thinking about selling mine. It's about 2 years old, 500 rounds through it at the most. I also had a trigger job done and it improved it greatly. I need to see what they are going for before I make a decision. I also have probably 500 rounds of American eagle ammo to go with it.

Bought 3 30's off of Gunbroker, had them shipped to Midwest PX who pinned them at 15. The transaction was very simple and worked out great..... but I paid top dollar + the conversion fee. I'd do it again if I had to.

Very interested. Sent you a PM we need to talk.

Thanks for the replies. I was hoping for something used. Anyway I bought a Ruger LCP instead.

Permit in hand. Preferably Bond arms or other quality manufacturer.

I got some practice in at RTSP today. I put rounds through my Mark III, GP-100 and I was finally able to try my new trigger pack from Bill Springfield in my PTR-91. I was very impressed with the facilities and the owners. No complaints from me. I highly recommend this range if you can afford it.

Plastic. I posted a couple pics in the .308 battlefield thread.

Nappen as in "Nappen on New Jersey Gun Law" ? I might do that just for fun.

I've been there a couple times. Frank runs hot and cold. My wife bought a Springfield XDm from him. At the time he was the only one pinning the mags, so we paid a premium for it and he tolerated us that day. Another time I walked in looking for a .22 rifle, he was nice as could be and I walk out with a barely used .22. The last time and I mean LAST time I will ever go in his store, I was looking for a .308 semi-auto rifle, but I wasn't sure what I wanted. I was looking for some info…. some direction and I want to hold and feel the rifles. Well, I guess he wasn't in the mood to "help" me. We went back and forth a couple times and I walked out while he called me an assh… I sat in my car for a minute or two and ran the tape in my head back… I really don't know what I did to get him so angry. Just for the record, I had $1200 cash in my pocket and my FID in the other. I was willing to buy on the spot. I took my business to Walt at Hackettstown Guns and Ammo. He was more than willing to help. I ended up buying my PTR91 off him. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He'll get you what you want and although I don't remember his transfer fees, I do remember they weren't very high.
