Wombat, You were not lying about the PPQ, it is very nice indeed. My buddy picked his up at Bullseye Tactical in Woodbridge this morning and we flew down to shore shot to run a few boxes of 9mm thru her. I love my XD-9 but this thing had me feeling like I gotta get one for myself. Terrific trigger and GREAT ergo's. We shot some nice ragged holes at 7 and 10 yards. Chris over at Bullseye is a nice fella to deal with I was surprised my friend was the #50th NICS check of the day at only 10:30 am lol. NJ citizens are buying up a storm these days. -Bcroc

Just missed ya Wombat, got there around 10:45 this morning. My wife got up this morning and said "I want to going shooting again", I was surprised since we were just at Shore Shot Saturday. We had a great time shooting her new M&P 9 and my XD 9. I think I got her hooked pretty good now. As a matter of fact she said she was going even if I stayed home!

Nred, Congrats on your new Glock! I recently purchased my XD-9 from Shore shot and was back again yesterday with my Son. We also rented the GSG 22 cal which was alot of fun. Enjoy shooting your new gun -Bcroc

Great Time at SS today! Bought a nice Springfield XD-9 Bi tone with Trijicon night sights (used gun but in very nice condition) for $495.00 then the wife and I shot some rounds thru it and I rented a Sig p226 .22 which my sons enjoyed shooting. Great RO's on duty helped us out, gotta love Shore Shot. Included pic of the XD.

Heading back down to Shore Shot this morning with the wife and kids to purchase a 9mm and get the wife and sons on the range! Shot there couple weeks ago brought my 11 year old and my Mom who never fired a gun in her life. She loved it! we rented a Sig p226 9mm and a Mosquito .22lr good time had by all. After lurking these forums for a while I became convinced to leave the internet shopping alone and support a B&M place that provides us great service and a place to shoot I'll have to post pics later of whatever I end up buying. -Croc
