They raised them to finish the access road to elimate using the railroad bed. The dues were only supposed to be raised for one year to raise money to finish the road. But its staying at the rate it is. $200 after a $50 work day.
The sporting clay shoots don't have a set date anymore. You can come as a guest. Other than that you have to be a member. They just changed the rule back to lead shot, before it was steel shot only.

Hi all,
I have a Taurus 66 and was wondering if anyone could refer me to manufactuer that is reasonable. I found Laserlyte, but that's it. I am hoping for a streamline, grip sight like Crimson, but they're really expensive. Thanks in advance.
The NJSP web site only covers transportation and use of sportsman. In the NJSL site they only mention purchace/transporting and possesion/storing.. nothing about for home defense. Here's the statute and here's the web site from the NJSP.....http://www.state.nj.us/lps/njsp/about/fire_hollow.html (read the heading and that will tell you in a nut shell what is allowed)
(2) a. Nothing in subsection f. (1) shall be construed to prevent a person from keeping such ammunition at his dwelling, premises or other land owned or possessed by him, or from carrying such ammunition from the place of purchase to said dwelling or land
Now,if the SP new what the "law" says, then they would say it on thier web site correct?
