Washington State's Mag Ban struck down (Injunction) by the Superior court, however the WA AG filed an appeal to the WA Supreme court, and the ruling was stayed, and the ban is still in effect.  So..... Yay?  I don't know if this can help us on the 10th or not.

I'm confident that Magazine limits will need to go to the SCOTUS. But that's going to take years, if ever.

Here are more magazine limit cases. Basically they both ruled against the citizens. This is what NJ is going to use to rule against us. So that will be 3 decisions + the WA State case above saying they are constitutional. The problem is we need conflicting rulings and it's not happening.

The outcome of this case has already been decided.

There is no way we win against NJ in a NJ courtroom.

And yes, even though many people don't or don't want to believe it, it is a concerted effort to strip citizens of their rights.

This is fantastic. No shitbag Murphy political dynasty for NJ.

But, I also understand why they did this. Menedez was threating to run as an independent, which would have sucked votes away from the Dem and possibly would have put a Rep in that seat. Can't have that. So, now Menendez will drop out/retire, Andy Kim wins, and it will be heald by the Dems for more decades.

And before that they were called County Line Firearms. I wouldn't even consider stepping foot in their establishment just from reading their store policy nonsense on their website. I guess most felt he same way, and that's why they went out of business/sold out. To hell with any gun store that adds unnecessary additional requirements and bullshit on top of NJ' bullshit.

I'm not worried about the brake being ruined, it's a cheap basic a2 style brake. But I would feel better knowing I can have it removed and have a new one done by someone else, but I guess there is no way to know if it can be removed without destroying the thread until you actually try and remove it, and then may be too late of it was too deep to salvage.

That's a shit job, and the chances are you can't remove that without damaging the barrel/threads. Hence, the pin and welded nonsense. You should have went to FSS which is 5 minutes away.

  6. So, I know 2 people who live in West Milford, NJ. One currently has his permit, the other is still waiting to pick his up. According to both of these guys, the West Milford police chief requires you to come in (at his convenience between the hours of 9am-2pm Mon-Fri, with no consideration for your job) to meet with him and a lieutenant to have a video recorded interview before you can have your CCW permit.

Anybody else run into this in your town? Is this even legal? What says the hive?

As difficult as it is to get a SC permit, they do allow you to keep a loaded handgun in a car glove box and allow you to carry it loaded from the car/glove box to the place where you are staying.

Interesting. So basically, while driving through SC just unholster and put in glove box.

Florida absolutely still does CCW permits!  For it to be honored by South Carolina,  it MUST be a resident Florida permit.

I have NJ resident, Florida non resident and PA non resident and SC is still a no go for me!

Ok, so I guess there is no way for us to legally carry in SC then. It would be nice to be able drive from NJ to FL legally.

Yes, South Carolina is an odd bird on CCW, considering that they are a fairly deep red state.  Last I heard, they were on the verge of going Consitutional/permitless carry, so that might be your best hope.

    That would work, fingers crossed.

  10. How do you carry in South Carolina? Between NJ, PA Non Resident, and a Utah Non Resident, I still can't carry in SC. SC doesn't issue Non Resident unless you own property there. They did honor FL, but is FL still issuing permits now that they are permitless?
