  1. A. I don't care about what you think I look like. B. I am well aware that it is easy to find but I don't post anything that I would regret later. Thank you for your concern though. Also, I'll be out of NJ in about 6 months so I just wanna make your nickname jealous
  2. Right?! The court order was to carry a extra piece of paper that states my permit says I can carry the gun I qualified with it's possibly the dumbest thing I have ever had to do in my life.
  3. Proof of Somerset County PTC I was #2 in Bridgewater to get it.
  4. Break Break Somerset County I was phoned at 8am by the court to tell me that I was approved and permit was heading back to PD for pickup. Of course I will post photo evidence as soon as it is in hand!
  5. I do not have permit in hand but I can confirm my stuff was sent to the judge and I did use a family member.
  6. IK it's archived but that does not mean I'm gonna make it easy for them to find stuff haha
  7. I been slowly purging my facebook ever since Uncle Joe got into office for these very reasons. That is some bullshit!
  8. It does not say you can't! I have had other firearms applications say otherwise but this one does not so it's fair game!
  9. I made a appt at the Doylestown place. They had many openings for the next day it was not an issue. Me and my dad got in back to back and had a nice road trip over there. EZ PZ
  10. My town is doing snail mail references until FARS takes over for it but they are really on top of getting the mail out asap. Talking 2nd day for in state and bout 3 days for out of state references so at least for me, that's not the hold up. So far, my most visible hold up is damn Identogo sending in my fingerprints that I did last week.
  11. No if you look at the Rev. number on page one it says 07/22 it's updated.
  12. Updated one says (Rev. 06/22) on the bottom and the old one says (Rev. 03/15). Simply googled NJ CCW and the old form is the first thing that comes up so you gotta be careful. Updated application: https://nj.gov/njsp/firearms/pdf/sp-642.pdf
  13. So make sure you submit the updated SP-642 form. My PD made me redo the entire form over after asking the SP and they confirmed they will not accept the old form. A few other people who rushed to send in their applications are gonna have a hard time.
  14. Interesting! Years ago when I needed a notary for my Eagle Scout paperwork, a local notary charged me a discounted 25 dollars. Sheesh!
  15. They're gonna interpret all they want this is written what we can currently do and I also have US Law Shield/Nappen coverage for just this king of crap. Yeah you must record what you qualify on as required for the application but this clearly states what you can do after. It'll eventually get sorted out. *eyeroll*... eventually
  16. I don't think it has been tested yet however I know they are planning on adding a shit tonne of areas to the list. I was more or less posting this regarding the multiple handguns qualification questions and whatnot.
  17. Don't think this has been shared here yet. 2C:58-4. Permits to carry handguns a. Scope and duration of authority. Any person who holds a valid permit to carry a handgun issued pursuant to this section shall be authorized to carry a handgun in all parts of this State, except as prohibited by section 2C:39-5e. One permit shall be sufficient for all handguns owned by the holder thereof, but the permit shall apply only to a handgun carried by the actual and legal holder of the permit.
  18. For those wanting cheap passport photos, I went to the UPS store and got a total of 6 color 1.5x1.5 for like 11 bucks. AND they notarized my apps for 7.50 I should also mention, Gun for Hire had a lovely notary there during qualification hours who notarized and took passport photos for free. She even notarized my qualification papers "just in case"!

  20. NJSP confirmed the letter is not real and I am removing it.
  21. Didn't see this posted here yet it seems like they have a list of ranges that offer the RPO course that they want.
  22. Why wouldn't you? If they somehow word in the parking lots as a sensitive area, then just park nearby!
