So it turns out I have a day off tomorrow. With the weather so nice I wanted to go to cherry ridge. I have not renewed my membership yet and want to know my options. I never registered online so can't pay that way. I requested a pw and never got email. I also filled out contact us and called and left message. I want to shoot tomorrow regardless of wether or not my buddy can "guest" me in. In a worst case scenario do you think I can hand in the renewal form with payment in person tomorrow? The delay in renewal came from not enough time/money since I returned from abroad last July. Please be gentle I know I should have just renewed at first chance but it didn't work out that way. I had my first BH experience last night. I had an out of state friend who has never shot handguns and wanted to try so i needed to find a range since i am no longer a member at cherry ridge. BH staff was courteous enough there was an older gentleman RSO who was a little vacant and cold but other than that it was an overall good experience. although I could not stand straight up in the port there was enough range to host plenty of shooters and the price is great. I would go again.

Recently got a new 870 express and after having it home I saw that I had a mod and IMp cyl choke plus the one in barrel I wanted to change to the improved cylinder so I take out the one in barrel and it is a mod so the gun came with two mods and an improved cylinder what gives. It's a factory mistake since I saw the box opened and seal broken in front of me when I purchased. Am I wrong or should there be a full in there instead of two of the same plus one. Shouldn't be too much of a pain to fix right call Remington Advice and thoughts appreciated

I am still in Israel. Have definitely been missing the shooting sports. just lettting all know i havent forgotten about the forums. My law school application process is going good and should be back stateside july 2012. I love the new look of the site and cant wait to read up on the current events ive been oblivious too for a few months.

i will be here for ten months till july 2012. i am living in netanya, for those unfamiliar with israeli geography (i was) its on the west coast of israel on the Mediterranean sea. a large gap in israel is in language learning. there are two main languages in the population hebrew and arabic hebrew being the much larger speakers. arab israelis end up knowing 3 languages or learning 3 arabic in the home then hebrew in school, then in 4th grade starts english. the gap exists between cities and outer areas in english acquisition. the program is similar to teach for america, the 70 participants spanning 5 organizers and 5 cities and towns will be english teaching aids in schools where they underprivelaged population has been lacking in their english acquisition.

So ive been in Israel for a week and a half now. everything is cool, apt is great and amazing location; 10 mins from beach 10 mins from shook(farmers market) shopping nearby and 5 mins from mass transit. We have been in training for teaching and will be in schools in 2 weeks. I met a few of you and shot with a few of you as well; all great times that will be missed but looking forward to when i get back, dont have internet on my floor yet so havent really been that active but hope to be in the future. Wish me luck and good luck to everyone hope to see yall when im back.
