I have one of their customost build. I think I have about 3k+ rounds through it with out any issues. It handles well and it is always "wow, what kind of AK is that" at the range. I also have other AKs from the big AK gunsmith. I have one that's has bullet guide that's tapped and screwed. That broke off within 4ks rounds

Yeah I used to shoot that remanu stuff. Until I got myself a squid. Compare to other remanu guys, freedom brass cases always looked so dingy.

Bertus, My hats off to you. How about getting a heavy bag and hit it for awhile. Then, get a same size wooden stick as youe edc knife and practice stabbing the heavy bag. If getting a heavy bag is too costly for you, get two or three tires and link them up. It's good to have a training parter and a teacher to point out the mistakes but it looks like your time is limited. Then mind as well make your body as strong and hard as possible and learn to hit hard, at least. Best defense is offense right?

Ok, first off can some one please tell me how I am going to get a non NJ compliant AK and work on it myself? Did I miss something here? I have both Arsenal and Saga and they both shoot nicely. I really don't mind the stock handguard (actually I like it more than standard ak allowing me to grab it further out ). But, not having that heat shied becomes very challenging experience after three mags ( no im not doing the hillbilly mag dump). I don't own a dremel tools nor do I have the time to tap the bullet guide and open up the mag well. For that Jersey compliant Arsenal works well.
