My app was turned in 7/29 last Reference was called on 9/6 stopped by the PD today Firearms person said my packet is in the next Batch to go to the Court Next week. She said nobody here in Bayville has gotten a Permit yet the first batch was sent to Court first week of August she said there is only one Judge doing it and one Clerk working on all the apps. I also mentioned the Restrictions She knew nothing about them since none have been issued in Bayville yet she was also under the impression that your firearms would be listed on the back of your permit. Said I would get a call when my app was sent to the Court

Has anyone from Bayville gotten their permit yet ?

On 7/27/22 paid $57.38 in Manahawkin (only a 10 day wait) took prints then 10 min ride to Shooters for qualification $90 then the PO for Money $51 then Bank for Notary Free then CVS for Photos $21 it was a Very Productive day off work Submitted all on 7/29/22 as of 9/6/22 last reference was called don't know if references is the last step before the Court or not Grand Total $219.38 Not counting Ammo and Gas and the $100 or so I spent in Shooters after the Qualification or the $90 I spent on a second qual for a gun I received after the first qual that I added to my App I got a 3rd pistol after that but I may hold out to see if we can amend the permits after to ad guns or if the statute about one permit for all legally owned handguns gets honored

All of the Videos we see on YouTube talking about the proposed ATF rulings on Pistol Braces never bring up Others

So you think an Other falls outside the NJSP language so no registration required for Others ?

I wonder about this for the obvious reasons but aren't SBRs illegal in NJ we would be registering our Others right into Illegal SBRs

I wonder what the procedure will be to change your permit over to unrestricted if you already got a restricted one or will you be stuck for 2 years until you renew

So does someone know if something is being done about this ?

Anyone know if any Lawyers or Organizations are working on eliminating some of the restrictions on the Ocean County Approved Permits especially #11 and what to do if you've already received your carry permit and someone gets some of these restrictions dropped

I'm at 34 days also for my pistol permits that I wanted to carry the gun has been sitting at my FFL for a Month I got tired of waiting so I qualified with a different pistol on Wed at shooters and turned in my paperwork today in Bayville Tic Toc Tic Toc Person in charge told me as of now you can't ad guns to your permit. I showed her the code I had on my phone that says you can carry any handgun you legally own with your carry permit She took a picture of it and said she would check with the State Police on it

My qualified certificate from Shooters only lists Make, Model, S# and Caliber with space for 4 Handguns. Nothing about Type, Brand or Grains

They were just trying to add a bit of stress to the exercise and maybe a bit of problem solving under stress What was the $5 money order for ?

Took the day off today and got my references signed , got the notary, got fingerprinted and qualified at Shooters will be submitting Friday afternoon

Does anyone know the procedure for adding a pistol after the initial qualifier I purchased a pistol and I'm waiting on the Permits I have another carry gun I can qualify with but would probably prefer to carry the pistol I'm waiting on. Also does Shooters qualifier start at 25 yrds like some of the other ranges

No info on there website do you know there schedule for Qualifier , How long did it take and How much did they charge. Thank You

Got approved in 13 Days for my AOW

Ok I submitted my efile Form 1 application and $200 for an AOW at 10pm last night 4/21/22 within 5 min I received my email with my fingerprint cover letter, my CLEO forms and a copy of my Form 1 application. Today I mailed my Fingerprint cards to the ATF and mailed the CLEO the wait begins. Keith

Do you have a AOW if so have you been questioned about it at the range asking you because you were one off the few that has actually replied to me I appreciate all info you and a few others have given me. Thanks Keith
