  1. Picked up some soft rifle cases today from Mike. Thanks again
  2. Anyone that can do this or know of a gunsmith that can in Northern NJ? So far I only know of Traks and they said 2 weeks and $100
  3. There was only one thread from 2010 I found in the NJ Gun Laws section which didn't offer and conclusive decision. The stock i am looking at is the tactical solutions one so the "gap" is larger the a simple thumbhole, but still connected at top and bottom going back.
  4. If you have a thumb hole stock suck as most customized 10/22 stocks I believe you coan not have a threaded barrel? Is this true? Even though its a stock and the grip is fixed at the top and bottom going backwards. If you wanted a threaded barrel with a compensator, could you weld/pin/fix this such as you do for a muzzle break? Any thoughts on the best way to do this Uploaded with ImageShack.us
  5. Thanks for the info. Would be interesting to see if the Rockaway River one still has a range, however I have low expectations of that
  6. What kind of set up does clinton have? Currently I am only a member at RTSP and would like to be able to shoot the .22 rifle out at 50-100yds Thanks
  7. I was inquiring particularly about the Rockaway River WMA. On the website below which has the PDF map, it shows a range here. Does anyone know if this is still there? According to the other website there are only 2 in the Northern Region you can shoot at. Flatbrook-Roy and Clinton. http://www.state.nj.us/dep/fgw/pdf/wmamaps/rockaway_river.pdf http://www.state.nj.us/dep/fgw/ranges.htm
  8. They are red, not black. Don't know much as to why, but I have shot 1,000 through my XD9 with no issues.
  9. http://www.sgammo.com/product/sellier-bellot/1000rds-9mm-luger-sellier-bellot-115-grain-fmj-brass-case-ammo Federal American Eagle for about $10 more Not a CRAZY deal, but not bad.
  10. Thanks for the help. Bought some CCI mini, Blazer, and Federal Champion to test out
  11. Took 25 days for Randolph, NJ to get mine. Applied Dec 15 and got them Jan 9
  12. Aren't you funny. I know some of these shoot better with certain brands, was just trying to feel out what people have come to like better
  13. I was wondering what kind of ammo everyone uses in their Mark II? I just picked up a used competition model and was going to get some ammo for it. Thanks
  14. Keystone (who makes 10/22 stocks) apparently are moving their manufacturing lines and have been down for some time. However, they decided to keep on taking orders during this time frame without warning. After an order placed at the end of October, their response from customer service was: "We are overwhelmed with production orders, repairs, shipping, implementing a new production schedule, and 2012 pricing. We have no clue when you stock will be ready. Sorry" That is some fine customer service
