Good question i would like to shoot my home defense shotgun at 15 and 25 yards and dont know whitch range to do this on either?

I am in need of a gunsmith capable of getting my high standard 22 back in working order, I just started shooting it again after 15 years and jams almost constantly. I am in Essex county but willing to travel for someone capable. Thank you in advance. Al
