Went for a quick flight to check out the snow from the sky...

Linden absolutely sucks for snow removal. Flew for my job out of there for 4 years. -

I'm waiting, just cleared a spot for my dog to go out. Have a 39" drift in the back yard too. -

Yeah I know about the money pit that a fifty year old car can be. First car was a 65 convertible money pit, only 25 year old car at the time. Still wish I had that car back though. -

Mine is the helicopter model that I flew for several years, now it's a B206L4, but I haven't bothered to change my screen name. -

Line of sight is in this, https://www.faa.gov/uas/publications/model_aircraft_operators/ among other things. How many of us live within 5 miles of an airport? Quite a few in my area. -
Holy crap Nick! I almost spit beer all over my laptop!

That's cheap, it's been a while since i've landed there. Last time I landed at Teterboro, I took 70 gallons of jet A and still got wacked with a $300 landing/service fee. Just glad i'm not the one paying for it.
-
If you can afford your own plane and the landing fees at these airports, you can afford a NYC CCW.
-
Yep it's Fazzio's. A lot cheaper than Home Depot too.

She was also the detective in Gone Girl. I loved the old guy's reply to the boyfreind saying "you know how I feel about guns," he said, "the gun doesn't care."

Show us your reloading/gunsmithing bench
AS350Driver replied to DeerSlayer's topic in Ammunition & Reloading
After being in our new house for over six months, I finally got my bench mostly complete. Enough that I can load some ammo. -
I think mine is 50 feet, i'd have to double check though. I only use it for trap, so I don't need it to be overly long.

If you have time make sure you go to Ballast Point, and maybe Alesmith, both in Miramar. Barley Mash, in the Gaslamp district is awesome too.

Congrats Bob!

I might be in touch with you. Trade for ammo, powder, cash? I've wanted to try Heddy for a while, see if it lives up to the hype. I finally got my hands on some Pliney the Elder, and it was very good.
