  1. WTB G34 MOS Gen 5 slide I do have some items to trade.
  2. I have a 5" pro in 9mm and that shoots very flat with the stock spring. But the topic was opened up to see if it was possible to run it.
  3. I'm not sure about all that. But I found that going with the 17lbs, to me, feels right and better than stock.
  4. I run a 17lbs in my 4.25" and I've found that, for me, feels the best. To me the sights get back quicker.
  5. Yeah, the stock spring runs fine in the 5" barrel. I was going to go with the semi-drop in. I'd go to the S&W forums but I've found more contradictions and unwarranted/off-subject advice than an actual answer.
  6. I actually like the feel of the ISMI 17 spring and already have a non-captured rod for it. I'd also like the option. I can call, but I wanted to go this route first if anyone has actually tried it.
  7. I searched through the forum and couldn't find an answer to this question. Please direct me if it has been addressed. Right now I'm shooting an M&P9 4.25" & 5". There's WC combat barrel in the FS (bought it the day of the APEX release *slaps self*) and the stock barrel with a single dimple. I've run SSS guide rods and ISMI springs and they both run fine. But I'm considering plugging in APEX barrels into both. Has anyone run aftermarket springs/guiderods in conjunction with the APEX barrels? The reason I ask is that the APEX barrels I know were designed to work with the stock spring. I just don't want to spend the money on a non-starter. Thanks!
  8. If you're on a search for a polymer .45 I'd take a serious look at the M&P. I'm shooting an M&P45 right now. I love it. USPSA L10, IDPA CDP, Steel knockdown/static. Pretty much does it all. Also it's relatively soft shooting compared to some of the other polymer pistols out there due to good ergo's. Right now I put Apex's flat trigger in it and warren sights and it's awesome. Yeah, .45 is not the most economic round, but I don't mind spending the cost due to how much I enjoy shooting the gun. Good luck on the search!
  9. Already signed up! Thanks a lot Vlad!
  10. Thanks! I was getting worried for a second!
  11. Is there a match this coming Sunday?
  12. I had received an M&P9 with a mag disconnect by accident. But I gave a call to Speed Shooter Specialties. http://www.speedshooterspecialties.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=0&products_id=1058 Many use and cut a spring from a clicker style pen.
  13. RTSP has XDMs in 9mm with pinned mags for sale.
  14. I think RTSP has the widest variety of pistols. And they hve some relly nice rifles too. They also sell guns you wouldn't expect to see like XDMs in 9mm. They even have pinned mags avalable.
