  1. Kahr CM9. Felt cheap. Major issues when I 1st purchased it and it had to be sent back to the factory. Not comfortable to shoot at all either, it was just so light and small and the grip felt like sandpaper. I had it in 9mm, couldnt even imagine it in .40. Sold that sucker for a Shield. I guess for the right person its a good gun, I mean its small and very slim, but it just isnt a shooter at all, and the QC from Kahr on their cheaper line of guns just isnt there. I was one of MANY with problems from the factory. To Kahrs credit though, they fixed everything and it worked flawlessly when it was sent back to me... I just loved the Shield so much that the Kahr had to go...
  2. Keep an eye out on craigs list. I got a 3 burner webber with side burner 2 years old for $300 last year, natural gas...
  3. I have a few packs of the magpul ones if you want to take them off of my hands. I wanted to mix the colors so I had a bunch left over... PM me if you want...
  4. No guess im not popular enough
  5. Welcome, my office is in TR...
  6. Take it apart so its only gun parts? Thats how I had to ship my Kahr back....
  7. Thanks... you are close in Jackson.. we should get a monmouth county game going!
  8. Yeah I agree, Im moving up too quickly. Poor BR management. Just so tempting when I jumped right into 25NL and did good. I wish I never went to 50NL or I would still be at 25 most likely... I know I was on a little heater at the start, but now its the complete opposite. Thanks for the advice. Im sticking to 10NL until I get up the 20 buyins at 25NL.
  9. Started the year off crushing $25NL, then moved to $50NL and got sacked. Had to start at $10NL again and have been crushing it for the last 2 months. Every time I get +10 buyins I try $25NL again, but cant seem to get over the hump. I am running so bad at those stakes Its crazy. But $10NL is just so soft I cant even lose if I wanted to. Was up 7 buyins in like 2 hrs last night. (on Party/Borgata)
  10. You should ask someone that responds and ownes one if you can shoot it. IMO the only hang up I had was the mag release, I actually liked it a lot and shot really well with it. Also I think there is a safety that if the back grip plate is removed the gun wont shoot and i think there were several issues with people having trouble with that safetly not working correctly. Im sure by now thats been fixed though...
  11. Well it was a real toss up between that and the Sheild for me. I actually loved the PPS but couldnt get used to the location of the mag release...
  12. Yeah I have a heavy one as well that came with the spikes upper, but i never swapped it out...
  13. Im running LW 14.7 mid-length with the spikes lightweight rail (cant remember what the model name is) with dynacomp. PSA lower. Fitment is great. Running standard buffer right now no issues at all. edit: i think it was the BAR12....
  14. Ahh ok... i just browse here and there, i didnt know the details of what went out.. I did meet some really cool guy on r/guns one time a few years ago... He took me as a guest to his range in phily and let me shoot a few full auto and NFA goodies. Fun stuff
  15. why r/firearms > r/guns? Didnt r/firearms just get created like last year??
  16. Ahh I see. Kinda figured that but wasnt sure. Thanks for the clarification attempt!
  17. this is actually my exact setup. The hidden hybrid is nice too b/c you can use it OWB as well...
  18. If you have a really good dehumidifier, you have nothing to worry about IMO.. Just store them is whatever is more convenient.
  19. Dude if you are storing your firearms in the basement with no dehumidifier you are crazy. go pick yourself up a dehumidifier. doesnt make sense to spend all that money on guns just to let them rust!
