Hi, a friend of mine applied for pistol permits but had not heard anything back from the police department. I have a feeling that the lady that handles the permits is not working at this time. I’m assuming that there are delays at this time. Does anyone know how long the delays are and if the state police is handling the permits?

Hi, I have this nice 12 gauge mec 600 jr shotshell reloader. I'm looking to sell it but I'm not sure if it's pre ' 82. I think it may be. Could anyone describe what to look for with the earlier models that would allow me to properly date it. All of the dies are steel. I'm also wondering what a fair asking price would be for it.
