The only part I don't like about the look is the front of the gun. Would look better if they just kept the lines straight, but I think they did it to smooth it out for concealed carry. Other than that it really does seem like something very unique coming to the market. I like the fact that the trigger is a true, straight back pull, single action with an internal hammer. And the fixed barrel is interesting. For the price I'd be willing to try it.

What kind of rounds do you use for shotgun in three gun? Do you have to have a sling for your long guns?

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen, This Sunday will be the fifth Sunday of the month of December and therefore TRPC will be closed for action shooting. Everyone enjoy your holiday and Happy New Year. This past Sunday, 12/22/13, we ran post cutting and man on man shoot off instead of knock down steel match . We had over 20 participants that each shot over 250 rounds and finished shooting by 8:30. This was a big hit and everyone enjoyed shooting without all the waiting around. We’ve decided that Steel & Wood will be run the fourth Sunday every month. Although most ran out of ammo and went home, the range remained open with several enthusiasts competing and practicing until 10 PM. The new schedule for 2014 1st Sunday: USPSA/IDPA, (Practice Only, Unsanctioned) 2nd Sunday: Steel Challenge, 3rd Sunday: Pro Am Knock Down Steel, 4th Sunday: Steel & Wood Shoot-Out, It's always been a good crowd there when I go. They are very good with new shooters/competitors as well. Hope to see you guys there!

Actually you do. You always have. You always will. Man shooting with a 9mm revolver with a barrel that long and ported would almost be like cheating.

They will let you rapid fire up to three round bursts. Though I've witnessed some people break this rule without much fuss and others get put on blast (literally) on the loud speakers. I will look into those suggestions though, thanks.

Any good drills you guys know of that you can run at a range like Range 14? Outdoors, but you must be stagnant. I have a shot timer. I don't have any type of mag pouch for AR15 mags so really this would be more of a shooting drill I'm looking for. Any ideas welcome. Thanks.

Not sure why people are claiming airsoft needs an FID. Have some people not gone to Dicks sporting goods? You can buy them right off the shelves and bring them to the counter. Did the FFL run NICS and charge you transfer for this?

I'll always shoot steel unless I get a killer deal on brass or reload it myself. Brass is about 40-60% more per 1000 than brass. Right now you can get 1000 Tula/Wolf for around $250-$275 shipped. Brass would be $425 to $525 depending on the brand. So each 1000 rounds you are spending around $150 to $250 or so more. I've seen decent barrels for around $100-$150. So basically the money you save in that first 1000 rounds can buy you a new barrel. On another note how does the steel wear down the barrel faster? I did not read the article in entirety. Can someone explain? I would have to say the people who complain the most about how steel is evil are the people who shoot the least (generally).

I don't know... doesn't really do it for me. Looks clumsy. Lot's of mall ninjary with little function. But I haven't used it so of course I would not really know. And this is coming from a mall ninja of the highest caliber. Just doesn't appeal to me at all. Funny thing is with some of the new exciting rifles coming out a well set up AR15 is still my preferred long gun. Haven't really been too inclined on anything else.

Never had an issue with them. If they are running behind they warn you. One thing to look out for though is the way they ship. If they have to break things into two parts/boxes as they have for my orders before the shipping will be a bit more. Just keep an eye out.

I noticed my Rem Choke on my 870 was sticking out about 1/16". I had to give it a couple turns to tighten it back in. Was probably shooting like that for the last few boxes. How much would this affect the pattern of the shot? I missed a lot more the other day and am looking for a convenient excuse to blame my equipment. Thanks.
