  1. The caliber is part of the registration and is listed on the firearm owners purchased handguns record. Whether or not it is legal or not, I don't know, but it is recorded.
  2. And go out of business, right, that sounds smart. Any gun company with large Military or LE contracts is NOT going to boycott. Face facts!
  3. Unfortunately, you are wrong. In other states that would probably be true, but not NJ. This state and a majority of it's voters are anti gun. It might even get him a few more votes if he voted for them.
  4. What a waste of time. Most of NJ is in favor of gun control, we are the minority in this state. The districts these clowns come from, probably even more so. The only way these guys are losing their jobs are 1, the decide to retire, 2. they go to jail, 3. their district gets redrawn. Short of these 3 things, these guys are here to stay. Welcome to NJ.
  5. Says he agrees with him on 98% of the issues. I guess we'll find out what % of Cuomo's draconian gun control package Christie supports when NJ's batch new gun laws reach his desk. http://www.therightscoop.com/chris-christie-im-not-much-different-from-andrew-cuomo/
  6. Yeah, companies with large government and LE sales will never, ever restrict sales.
  7. Retired LE can't even carry hollow points in NJ, doubtful they will be granted any mag exception either.
  8. The NRA is concentrating on the federal level and on states they can make a difference in. The NRA wrote off NJ long ago, don't except much help from them.
  9. Used to be a lot quicker. The last time I got a P2P from TR, last year, it took 5 weeks total. But with everyone and their uncle wanting permits, waits are up all over the state.
  10. I have a strong feeling the 10 round mag and internet ammo sales ban will probably pass. The others could go either way.
  11. All politicians are full of s**t, all I care about is how he will vote now.
  12. Read the statute and don't say stupid things. You are allowed to use them at home and at the range. If you are transporting them properly and enroute to the range it is not illegal
  13. That seems to be where a lot of these new bills are heading for. The more hurdles you have to jump through, the greater chance to be disqualified.
  14. The way a few states are going, NJ included, revolvers may soon be the only legal handgun you can own.
  15. Just like the same tools in NJ who continue to send Lautenmummy and Pedo Menendez back to Washington.
  16. In NJ we definitely are not, the rest of the country, polls show we are.
  17. Any chance Homo had for being President died when he signed that bill.
  18. Union Country, or in other words, a north Jersey douchebag.
  19. I sensing a recurring theme here. Joseph Cryan is a douche nozzle.
  20. Unless Marco Rubio get the GOP nomination in 2016, the Republicans will lose yet another Presidential election. Rand Paul, while brilliant and realistic will be played as an extremist in the press like his father and likely lose a general election.
  21. Wouldn't work, there would always be some company who would play ball.
  22. Rest assured any new NJ law will not include such a provision. Retired officers now are bound by the 15 round limit and prohibition on carrying JHP in violation of LEOSA.
  23. Our fine Senator in action. What a joke! http://dailycaller.c...an-prostitutes/
