Thats your own fault for not stepping up and saying something. I'm a member there and have never had a problem. I walk right up to the counter and get my spot. Sometimes I have to wait and others I go right in. Either way, they know your there and waiting

Yes the BATFE did declare that the FSC was not a flash suppressor. I have a copy of the letter from them stating this and it stays in the case with the gun just in case someone was to ever question it.

If that one is questionable then my PWS FSC-556 must really be illegal. As I read the law and how many others have agreed, if it is listed as a comp. you are good to go.

I checked while I was at RTSP yesterday. They said their supplier had 30 of them in stock. They want $430 though.

Thanks. Thats what I figured but I have read about some people having to cut them out. Its not a big deal I guess I'll just have to wait until I get mine and take it apart to see.
