  1. Vista Outdoors (VSTO) I've built a position starting with 25 shares @$11 June 2020 to current avg cost of $23 for total of 140 shares. Currently 66% return. I've also owned s&w and Olin and 1 share of ruger. Vista is by far the most profitable. Have another order in for 100 shares @ $34, waiting for cyclical drop. Originally started investing Jan 2020 with 26K from VA comp retro award. Currently at +4K%. 2020 was a VERY good year for me.
  2. I think the Harris Cabal will conduct a classic false flag operation to GUARANTEE that "a tragedy" does occur and use that to launch their endgame
  3. What will happen? A 2A Armageddon. Harris is the one calling the shots anyway so she will pursue here historically established gun grab with a vengeance
  4. The range staff are federal employees so have likely been furloughed until the rest of the federal government reopens
  5. I just attempted to submit my complaint and got this: HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error Type Exception Report Description The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. Exception java.lang.NullPointerException Note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the server logs He can't get a complaint if he disables the means to submit it.
  6. The only divine justice we can hope for out of this is if Murphy contracts it, passes it on to the Dumbocrats, and they all croak.
  7. In my position at the VA, I deal with a lot of cops and PTSD comes up all the time. It was such an issue I contacted the NJSP Peer Counselor program lead to get advice on what to tell officers when they were considering filing a claim for PTSD. NJSP and most departments have programs to deal with officers who have PTSD from their LE jobs, and most don't lose their guns except in the most extreme cases.
  8. Bullcrap. PTSD is specifically not considered a reason to deny a carry permit, let alone an FID. I work at the VA in NJ. I have several briefs and articles on cases where this exact issue went to court and the citizen won. When I get to work I'll post
  9. The 4 inch length limit is a myth. The only mention of length limit in 2C is you can't sell a knife over 10 in to any one under 18. It's the explainable part that matters
  10. I live in Hamilton and need work done on my mark III hi power, specifically having a dovetail cut for XS front sight. Depending on the fee I'd consider having both sights installed and a trigger job as well. I've been to the 2 gun shop near me with Smith's n they wouldn't touch it. Any recommendations?
  11. Did you ever pick a blade? I can can pretty much get you anything you want below retail Paul 6098803296
  12. Cold Steel makes great hawks.I have 5 or 6 versions. I like the SOG double axe. as well. Really depends on what you intend to use it for. If you have a combatives martials arts background then Winkler, Ernest Emerson and are high end made for offensive use. I have a Camilus SIN that is short and has a wicked grind to it that makes it both lethal and a very effective control device. I sell blades on the side so I can get you anything you want way below retail.
  13. From now on when I get a call/email/mail or in person contact w/ a politician or candidate for any level office in NJ who is "asking for my support" to sign an authorization for the NJSP to confirm or deny if that individual has or had, or ever applied for a CCW here as a condition of my potential support.
  14. The state of affairs regarding CCW has been in existence for so long that the reason the NJSP can say that 90% of applications are approved is because those 90% know in advance that they will get approved. We need those who were denied to push for the suit as they can show that there is nothing in their records that would reasonably disqualify them then that should show bias or unequal treatment under the law.
  15. I have thought about requesting a list of who was issued CCW's to determine how many were lawyers, politicians, politically connected, movies stars, etc. The only conceivable way I see is if a class action lawsuit was filed alleging discrimination and unequal treatment under the law. Part of the discovery process would be a list everyone who was issued a CCW. We need to show it is not a level playing field and that NJ is NOT in fact a "may issue" state because NO ordinary citizens can get one. I was going to apply for a PA non resident license and was told by the sheriff's officer who answered the phone that I didn't qualify because I don't have one from my home state. Ten minutes of attempting to explain to officer/secretary that NJ DOESN'T issue licenses the way other states like PA does fell on deaf ears. Her answer was, "if there is a process to issue and there are recipients of permits then there is a permit system from PA's point of view." Don't bother putting in for it because you will be denied. So what do any of our subject matter experts on this board have to say? Is a class action lawsuit possible?
  16. I'm so sick of this state!! I'm sick of watching these fascist demagogues who outlaw God-given constitutional rights while inventing un-constitutional "rights" for illegal aliens, freeloaders, felons and all the other dregs of society. I'm sick of having to work 2 jobs 7 days a week to provide for my family while watching lazy, "somebody needs to be held accountable for not supporting my 15 children" slugs waltz down street waving their "Free Money" EBT cards. I'm tired of having to justify WHY I NEED TO OWN that weapon of war and explaining to the legislator that I NEED that gun to protect my family from people like your 2 multiple Felon sons. I'm tired of being told that I am a potential terrorist simply because I am veteran who believes in God, considers abortion murder and believes in personal responsibility and the US Constitution. I'm going to (Again) call my legislators and demand that if this law is enacted every police officer and politically connected CCW holder be required to carry a smart gun both on duty and off to make sure it works. If they are so confident that this unproven technology will eliminate every accidental shooting or murder they should be required to put their lives on the line first. I hate to say it but the age old tactic of using the threat of being voted out of office just doesn't work in this state anymore. If we actually had enough votes to fire these fascists it would have happened a long time ago and THEY KNOW IT!! We need a new plan to hold them accountable. We need to use every LEGAL means, no matter how unorthodox or unfair to forcibly change their attitudes and actually begin obeying the Constitution and the will of the people. We need to network like never before to develop relationships and allies to develop a war chest of tools to make it so personally and professionally expensive to trample on our rights, our families and our way of life. We need to create coalitions of influence from every aspect of modern society that will allow us to make it so PERSONALLY costly to violate our rights that it would be figuratively suicidal to do so. They have lives and jobs outside the statehouse that may make them vulnerable. do they own a business that depends on a local customer base? Start a grassroots movement to boycott them. Does an ally have a business that the legislators or their families have to compete for sales or contracts to provide services? Make sure they don't get the job. They have been using their citizen granted powers to attack our way of life and take away our ability to defend that which is the most important in our lives. It's time we turned the tables. and start doing it to them.
  17. That is exactly what I'm saying. We have to start working on getting more leverage on the representatives. I'm not talking about blackmail but using whatever issues they have to take them down. If if we know the eighth appreciative in cages in criminal or an ethical or immoral behavior we need to document it and take it to the public and the courts. We need to make it so personally and professionally expensive to vote our rights away they won't even consider it. I need to identify certain individuals and very publicly make then an example all those who attempt to take away our rights
  18. It needs to be deeply personal/professional to have any kind of effect. It has to be massive in scale, coordinated not only within the shooting community but the general public. It would have to be at the grassroots level to include as many Americans as possible. Educate the masses and perhaps convert some anti-gunners to our side. Usr disciplined boycotts. If a state's congressional delegation overwhemingly votes in favor of gin control legislation, boycott all tourism in state, blacklist the products & services of companies with facilities in the state. Make sure that the reason for our actions are known to. The public & it's reps.
  19. As far as i'm concerned anyone who votes for this is guilty of treason. Obviously the threat of being unelected is no longer enough of a deterent to prevent these traitors from dscrating the constitution. We need to come up with far more creative (legal) ways to punish and make examples of any would be tyrants who are assaulting our god given rights!
  20. I've also been thinking of applying for my FFL and I live in Hamilton (mercer county). My brother in law who already runs a plumbing business out of his house applied and went before the zoning board. He got stopped cause one or more neighbors objected to having a firearms business there. I am running with the idea that I wouldn't be a "stocking dealer" and would conduct business by appointment only either at my house or their location. The customer would order the gun of their choice, UPS would deliver it to me then I'd immediately complete the transfer. I haven't bought a gun in 20 years but the few I did I got from a coworker who had his FFL, lived in PA and worked out of his house. He was also a gunsmith. So I'd tell the neigbors,"there won't be increased traffic or dozens of people coming and going throughout the day. There won't even be a sign out front. Hell, if it wasn't for this mandatory notification procedure, you'd never even know anything was going on."
  21. Anybody remember Black Talons? I bought the last boxes of 45 ACP and 9mm that I could find in Mercer County when it was announced that they were being pulled off the market. I stuck in the bottom of my ammo locker in the event of a worst case scenario (armaggedon, collapse of govt, etc). I just rediscovered them when was swapping out my Hi-Power loads. Loaded up a 13rd mag and the other mag w/ standard Cor-Bons. Anyone know if NJ passed some a** law banning the Talons? I've been out of the gun world for over a decade due to multiple jobs, family and no free time so I haven't been following latests developments.
  22. I picked up the Ontario Knives version of the RAT 3 w/ a kydex sheath. I also made a pouch sheath for it as well. I carried it for about two days at my one job; first w/ the kydex and the other w/ the leather. The universal response was kydex gave everyone the wrong idea and the leather sheath made it much less intimidating. Then just to make sure I wouldn't have an LEO problem, I asked four different officers in four different jurisdictions and every one of them said the same thing: I wouldn't recommend it, it WILL get you the wrong kind of attention from 99% of cops and it really wouldn't be worth the hassle. That being said, if you are working in the woods and/or remote area, I'd say go for it. When I'm woods doing whatever, my Kabar is always strapped on.
