I really like it... I seem to be able to get on target much quicker using it, especially during transitioning... I have it flipping to the right and I have not seen any signs of wear/damage from the brass - I've got over 1000 rounds threw the gun too... It is a bit pricey, but the other lesser cost options just didn't do it for me... I go to Brick Armory pretty much every weekend, your welcome to meet me there and try my setup out to see if you like it - that way you'll be more sure about the purchase before you part with $500

My Daniel Defense M4 V5 Light Weight: I've started adding some accessories, and still waiting on more to arrive: - Troy metal sights - EoTech Holographic Laser Sight w/3X magnifier - Magpul AFG angled fore grip

I'll be going through a few hundred rounds on paper targets at first just to get accustom to the it, so I appreciated the suggestions on plinking ammo... I'm a newb and thankful for all of the great suggestions...

The AR I purchased is a DDM4 V5 LW (Daniel Defense M4 V5 LW) The specs on the barrel from their website: Chrome Moly Vanadium Steel, Cold Hammer Forged, 1:7 twist, 16″ Lightweight Profile, Mid-length Gas System, Chrome Lined, MP tested, and Mil-Spec Heavy Phosphate coated)

Purchased my first AR, waiting for it to come in, and I've been leaning towards PMC X-TAC cambered in 5.56 in 55 grain... I'm knew to the AR, so any and all recommendations are appreciated... Thanks
