If I buy a rifle that is not nj compliant. Is it possible to get it shipped to an FFL/gunsmith to make it compliant? If so how much does it generally cost to do so?

Is it possible to get a lower parts kit shipped to you or do u have to still go through a ffl dealer?

Thanks all for the input. I've went out searching this weekend and looked at a few different brands/models(bushmaster,colt,dpms,olympic,windham weaponry). I was pretty impressed with the windham weaponry. Any thoughts?

I'm looking for a rock river or a bravo company. And I will also take any suggeted brands/models they were 2 that caught my eye. This will be my first m4 so I'm just tryin to get a feel for what people like or suggest. Thanks again

I'm in the market to buy an new m4. I've been to two shops that are local to me (hauges and bob's) they didn't seem to carry what I'm lookin for. I was wondering if anyone can help me out. Im really looking into the rock river operator or a bcm. Is there any shops around that have a good variety that you guys would recommend? Thanks
