I called at 9 and got there before 12:30.

Both small and large pistol primers and rifle primers as well. I bought Remington large pistol and CCI small pistol.

I went to Cabelas's this morning unexpectedly and came home with 5000 primers along with powder and brass. I certainly will go back there for more! I guess the best way to not waste your time is to call ahead. I called them promptly at 9:00am when they opened and the man at reloading was kind enough to put some aside for me and my wife. Anyway, I hope this helps others get reloading supplies

Winchester White Box Value Packs
jamjamtaba replied to jamjamtaba's topic in Firearm Hobby / Sport Discussion
I too usually pick stuff up in the Monroe Walmart. $19.99 for Federal 9mm value packs but those are no where to be found. I haven't had luck buying 100 round boxes or bulk since the incident. Just thankful to have run into some in my own backyard! -
Winchester White Box Value Packs

Prices have gone up in the recent year more so since the recent 'incident'. $39.99 for 40 S&W, $28.99 for 9mm, $47.99 for 45ACP. There all up about 6 bucks roughly from what I paid in the beginning of Nov. I guess it's the new price to play? BTW they did have some boxes of .223 Varmint rounds. -

No not the one near ikea but the one next to Paramus Park Mall. -
I recently stopped by Sports Authority in Paramus to browse for ammunition. To my surprise, they were stocked with the Winchester 100 round value packs in 9mm, 45ACP, 40 S&W. Limit of 4 boxes per caliber. Unfortunately, no .223 rounds which is what brought me into the store. 1200 rounds of assorted rounds not too bad! Get some while in stock. If anyone knows where I can get my .223 fix without breaking the piggy bank, I'm all ears. Happy New Year Everyone!!

Is this still available? Thanks

Which local gun shop do you prefer to buy your ammo?
jamjamtaba replied to RxBandit's topic in Ammunition & Reloading
Try Davis Sporting Goods. I usually pick up bulk 223 from there at a decent price -
Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith in northern NJ who can install Trijicon nightsight on my Beretta Cougar? Thanks

I've got a Stag Model 3 and I've used Federal and American Eagle. Recently, I purchased Ultramax but have not had the opportunity to use those rounds. So far, no problem with any of the ammo I've tried.

I recently purchased a Vortex Strikefire from Cabelas. After getting it out of the box and looking through it, I realized it wasn't quite what I had expected. Fortunately yesterday, while I was at the range a met a guy who let me try out his EoTech 517. The build itself was impressive. It was very clear and bright even in the glaring sun. I was also reading about the Trijicon RX30-23. I'm not familiar at all with this product. Does it come with a mount...how's the performance? Can someone please enlighten me so that I can decide which sight is appropriate for me Thanks!!

Can someone please tell me the location of this establishment. I know it's a P.O. Box address but I also see a Blue Anchor NJ address. I'm heading down there this Sat. to pick up a pistol and just needed the appropriate address to put into my GPS. thanks!!
