I concur with the quality of having a custom shed built. You have a lot more input on how it is to be constructed than buying a prefab. I opted to build my own 16x18 and it gave me ability to do things such as 2x6 rafters, 8 ft tall walls, his/her lofts, or roof vents instead of gable. I also drove out to an ahmish shed builder to buy my door because to buy it local was over $500. Buying it in PA was $275.
