I need an electrician in Toms River as the title states. I need a new chandelier installed in my foyer which is a 2 story foyer, thats why I need someone I don't have a scaffold. I also need a few other things checked. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

No believe it or not video is not enough in the peoples republic. In NJ police have to witness the violation in person, not video, for them to sign the ticket. But it is enough for you to sign your own ticket and show the judge the video.

Well my 3 year old is obsessed with fish tanks, whenever we see one he runs up and stares, so for Christmas (I know its early) my wife and I are going to get him one. I have had tanks in the past so I am experienced my questions are the following. I am considering going with salt water, which I have never done before, how hard is it? Is there a good place, local to Toms River to buy all the supplies? (I no longer have a tank, filter, hood etc. so I have to buy all these things again) And If I go fresh water what are some colorful fish? (what my wife is requesting, I always had red bellied piranhas). I am looking to go no larger than 30 gal.

I have am opportunity to buy a nice Marlin 444. I currently have a marlin 336 in 30-30 which I use in PA as my heavy woods gun, I have a 300WSM and a 270 for open field hunting so range is not an issue. I am just curious what you guys thought about the caliber. I wanted a 45-70 but then this gun became available through a good friend and it is a good deal. But to afford (I just bought a new house) it I would be forced to sell my 30-30. So is selling the 30-30 worth it to buy the 444?

Correct no picture of the driver that is why they don't assign points to the violation. The violation is sent to the registered owner of the vehicle whether they were driving or not, its still their responsibilty for the the ticket. As far as facing your accuser each violation is reviewed by a police officer so if you go to court, the evidence is the pictures and video and the officer must testify to the ticket. Before you say that it sucks for the registered owner even if they weren't driving same rules apply for hit and run accidents. If a plate is acquired by someone and damage is found on suspect vehicle tickets go to registered owner unless the driver is identified. Even worse is if you rent a car, the rental company pays the ticket right away then automatically charges your credit card for the ticket plus a fee for them paying it.

Go to NJDOT website the results of the cameras are there. Like them or not I sincerely doubt they are going anywhere.

If research is skewed to show an increase that is what it will show, I can only speak for Brick's cameras and research shows that it has increased traffic safety. But I will agree to disagree, because I can see where this is going, no one likes them. Like I said before don't run a red light and you never have to worry about them.

I love these posts, there is so much misinformation out there spread by the media its nuts. I can personally speak for bricks cameras. 1 they have decreased serious injury and property damage crashes by 60% with the addition of 1 extra rear end crash from prior to installation. 2. Yellow times are set by standards that basically say for every 10 mph of speed you get one second of amber, so 40mph you get 4 seconds 50 you get 5. You get the picture. The cameras have been fought countless times in court wouldn't people be winning if towns cut the time short? Yes they would hence why no one wins based on that arguement. Bricks cameras are .5 to 1 full second longer than they need to be. 3. A right on red is only issued if the vehicle DOES NOT stop there is no 3-5 second rule, because once again people would go to court and have the tickets dissmissed. I cant argue the fact that an outside firm does run and maintain the system but they make a very small percentage of the fine.

How about you just dont run a red light and you wont have to worry about it.
