no law on fog lights being out just headlights. Technically the verbage for fog lights is auxillary driving lights. and the only laws that are required of them is color and number you are allowed to have.

Reason I was looking at the ecoboost is for the gas mileage. I currently have a Titan which sucks down gas to the tune of 12 mpg average. So the only reason I was looking was for the mileage reports I have read in other forums.

Title says it, thinking of trading my truck in for an f150 ecoboost. Want to know if there is something in particular i should ask for also want to know if the ecoboost is worth the hype.

Well I have been reloading for about 5 years and now starting to think about investing in a progressive press. I have a RCBS single stage press now and a bunch of RCBS dyes. I reload for 300wsm, 243, 30-30, 9mm, 38, .40 well you get the picture. My question is which press should I look at and which press would be compatible with the dyes I already have. I would hate to buy dyes and have doubles just because I want a new press.

I did a search but did not see this as a title thread. I am going to be travelling to Florida for a guided hog hunt and want to bring one of my pistols. I have read on some sites that the glock factory box is good to use to transport a firearm while other say no. Anyone here ever use it to transport down to florida? I already checked with the airline's rules, Spirit Air, and it just says a hard sided case that can be locked. Anyway this is my first time flying with a firearm and to say I am a bit nervous is an understatement so any help is greatly appreciated.

As the title states my wife bought me a guided hog hunt at central Florida outfitters. Anyone ever use them or ever hunt hogs in Florida? Just wondering what to expect. Plan on using a glock 20 or Dan wesson .357 for the hunt. ****Update. Ok so here were the results of my trip. It was great and would use the guide again. www.bigboarhunts.com. He was 10 min from my dads house so it made it easy. I unfortunetly did not use a pistol like I had planned because I did not practice enough before trip to take an ethical shot. So I used a Browning A-Bolt in .308 which was the perfect medicine both dropped with one shot each. The cost was not bad at all $200 per person which included the guide, them carting the hog out of the woods, skinning and quartering. We tipped the skinner an additional $75 and he deboned and did a full butcher job for us on both hogs.

There is no citizen arrest in NJ. If you see a crime your responsibility is to report it not illegally detain someone(I know stupid). The only thing you can intervene in is if you see someone who you believe is in danger of death or serious bodily injury and if you intervene you are only allowed to use equal force. i.e. someone beating someone with their fists you can not pick up a 2x4 you can only use your fists or feet.

Well the wife is finally on board with starting to look for some land to buy OUTSIDE of NJ. We are mainly looking in VA, NC, SC but we are just starting to look. Just wondering if anyone else here has anything out of state and how taxes were. We are looking for a minimum of 10 acres and it could just be land, no house. If anyone has any sugestions on where to look please fill me in. Again we are just starting to look. There is no maximum amount of land we are looking at but just doing some searching in our price range is looking like up 30 acres is the cut off depending on the state.

I agree with ray ray, a complete waste. You still need to aim a shotgun and its impossible to do without the stock.

Shotgun, mostly I have bow hunted in the past, but with a 2 year old just don't have the time.

As I am sure everyone else is. I am looking for some land to hunt deer as close to Brick as possible. I currently hunt 6 1/2 acres by myself in lakehurst which I am willing to share with someone, but it looks like I maybe loosing this land due to a sale. PM me with details.
