  1. For fellow South Amboy members, I have been trying to get ahold of anyone to get a permit for another pistol in South Amboy for the past 3 months now. Granted I know we have some issue with the Detective that did all the permits but Christ, how many times do you have to keep calling? Anyone else have luck and if so How did you go about it. I don't want to be the "I guess I have to call the Mayor" guy yet.
  2. Thanks for the response. My best bet will probably be hoping they release a 15 round mag themselves. Seems to be the only handgun in the 9mm variety that I am interested in.
  3. Thanks for the info guys. I will contact him soon. Have some other work I need him to do so I'll check with him.
  4. Really would like to get my hands on one of these but as it stands, I believe they only have 17 round magazines. Any chance of making some 15 round magazines and selling to those interested in buying one?
  5. After hearing a lot about Tier One Defense on this forum I decided to go see them for some compliance work. I made a mistake and didn't read everything but they operate on appointment only (At least call first). The awesome thing is Michael was amazing about it and helped me out in a big way. Amazing guy, work looks great, honest and very helpful. I can't recommend him enough if you're in the area. I live in the Sayreville area and it was only a 1/2 hour drive. He gets my vote 100%. 6. Had a gunsmith at the Heritage Guild in Easton install some sights on my RIA 1911 and I have to say I am not happy at all. The first time I shoot it after he done the job my rear sight walked it's way out at the range, he fixed it and I think I didn't get the chance to test it out, can't remember. Finally got a chance to shoot it yesterday and again to my surprise it move a few mm to the left. I am thinking of finding a different gunsmith to see if this can be fixed and not have to worry about it or let RIA step in and take care of it. I'm so pissed I just want to get rid of the whole slide and buy a new one all together. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. What would be the chances of doing 15 round Ruger 10/22 magazines? If not for everyone would I be able to order like 6 for myself and what would be the cost?
  8. Its making its rounds all over Facebook. I was wondering why they looked so familiar. The word is out.
  9. I have some Glock 21 magazines on back order. I am doing my absolute best to be patient and wait.
  10. Had a rifle transfered over to GSD Coatings in Keyport yesterday. Pretty cool guys to deal with and the best FFL transfer fee in this area. Will definitely talk to them about getting a few of my firearms cerakoted.

  12. I apologize for hijacking your thread but if you gentlemen don't mind can you explain what I should expect going to EFGA for the first time (will be purchasing my pass online). Will I have to set anything up? Or can I just show up, show membership, get assigned a bench depending on where I want to shoot and go at it for my hour? I usually shoot at HG when I can make time to get out there but would like to try the 100 yard range. As well as enjoy some outdoor time.
  13. Just a note about Saiga riles. If anyone is having a tightness issue shaving a bit more off the mag release may help. People that convert their own may only shave enough to fit the full sizes mags, while still keeping the Saiga mags tight. I shaved mine down once I had a magazine and basically tested and shaved at the same time. Just an idea for folks that may have issues with having rack your AK like a russian farmer. P.S. I have 5 more on the way :-P Bring my total up to 6 with plans to purchase another 6-7.
  14. Saiga converts work wonderful, typical scratches but feeds and loads fine with 15 in.
  15. My first order will be here today. Ordered on Friday, arrived on Sunday and out for delivery today. Cant wait. Also not having any issue with the website or link. My mag came in today and man what a beauty. Fits really tight in my Saiga after doing a bit of filing to the mag release. Cant wait to get this out to the range and order some more.
