How can you carry under LEOSA if your are not a cop or retired cop? I thought LEOSA only applied to them?

The sad part is the detective may not have known you had to appeal in 30 days. The laws are so messed up even the LEOs can't understand them. I'm not defending him, but it may not be all his fault. Most of it is though.

Sounds like the same people working here do FID and P2P applications as well.

My PD doesnt do the inked cards anymore. For the thumbprint on the FID they just use an ink stamp pad. I need to find some place in Camden County to get mine done.

Yes, FL CCW will let you carry in PA.
