  1. Word on the street is that the ATF will issue a determination on some firearm braces in the coming weeks at the request of the Commander in Chief.... Don't worry, we'll have a 'comment period' just like we did with bumpstocks..... /S
  2. I'd wager there hasn't been any guidance set. Doggies going to be getting the lead with all these SBRs around.
  3. EXACTLY Let's just keep asking questions to the ATF and NJSP until we get an answer that's not good. /S Do we enjoy having their boot on our neck that much?
  4. Thanks i appreciate the input! I think they only allow steel at 200, is that the case?
  5. Would something like this be ok for range 14? https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07D7MCNST/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A276J0TZGR7Q8N&psc=1
  6. They'll throw every single charge they possibly can, bogus or not, just to make the evening news.
  7. They won't go for gold (semiautos) this round, they'll wait until conditions on the national level are more favorable for their new wave of commonsense laws.
  8. There's only one thing that will stop them from writing unconstitutional laws. We the people
  9. Good point! Also, 19 Saudi's with razors SHUT DOWN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY for almost a week.
  10. This is why I don't support the NRA anymore... They are becoming a pure FUDD organization. (bump stocks) GOA and SAF receive my support.
  11. He did. 12 of 29 judicial seats are now 'conservative' in the ninth circuit.
  12. Closing remarks "This decision is a freedom calculus decided long ago by Colonists who cherished individual freedom more than the subservient security of a British ruler. The freedom they fought for was not free of cost then, and it is not free now." __________________________ HON. ROGER T. BENITEZ United States District Judge
  13. You're correct. I think if this does make it's way to SCOTUS, it could have big implications regarding FOID laws. That's years away though, especially with 2A cases. Amazing, how injunctions are applied hours after laws pertaining immigration are enacted, but a 2A case takes YEARS to make its way through the courts.
  14. https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2019/03/john-boch/illinois-circuit-judge-rules-foid-card-unconstitutional-attorney-general-reportedly-appealing-to-il-supreme-court/?fbclid=IwAR1VVH9SgtHueFhL06U1OIE8yc95kt1C1o63L0U_7-awkvXl2LrslU9mKgw We should follow and challenge our laws.
  15. I agree, but go where? PA will fall in a few years, after that is TX. (Look at CO, the infection is spreading) Without a second battle of Trenton, we have no hope. Somebody suggested earlier, instead of pro 2A I think we should start giving our money to the liberals, it might work if we buy them.
  16. From HiPoint's Facebook page: How many rounds of 45 can you fit in the barrel of a 4595TS? Well this guy managed to squeeze 35 rounds in there. When he called stating he was having accuracy issues he had no idea the rounds had not left the barrel. After receiving his carbine in we discovered the issue, rebareled his 4595TS and sent it back to him. Hows that for customer service? #hipointfirearms #hipoint #hipointcarbie #repair #hipointwarranty #45 #4595TS #45auto #accuracy #squib #malfunction #reloads #2ndamendment #2a
  17. The king doesn't want armed constituents, our government likes to have a monopoly on the threat of violence.
  18. Part of me wants the left to get crazy laws passed on gun control, maybe that's what it will take to get us to take on the offensive. Things have to get worse before they get better, that's just my opinion. It wasn't a simple tax that caused our forefathers to kill the British, it was generational oppression.
  19. There is nothing more dangerous than a man with nothing to lose. I as do many others have a lot to lose, therefore we're not dangerous, the government knows this, hence they trample on our unalienable rights.
