  1. You must be 10 years old or something to descend into this level of immaturity of name calling & making assumptions of users online you have no idea about. If you don't agree with another person's opinion, that is fine but please show some respect for others.
  2. I used customer service a few times & I swear these people sound like they are overseas, with the broken English. Hence, they are already offshoring American jobs. I only use them if I can't find it locally.
  3. +1 Premediatated act of bringing a knife on a run is not good. What may pass as self defense is using those jogging weights in your hands to swing & box with, in case you are attacked?
  4. ok, no one is right. different towns do things differently. you & I have positively offered the originator different views & good points. I bid you the originator of the thread GOOD LUCK
  5. Does anyone really feel good about blowing away a 14 year old kid trying to steal your TV in order to feed his family? Legality? Morality? It's easy to punish & harder to forgive.
  6. often time there are 150 people in the courtroom challenging their tickets & you only see at most 3 or 4 cops on the side. wouldn't you think you'll see at least 15 cops if each cop issued at most 10 tickets? due to scheduling & when you received the ticket, it's difficult if impossible to have a 1 cop ratio per 20 or more challengers in the courtroom. do you work for the town or something?
  7. ask the traffic court lawyers. many times you will be faced with a reduced fine from the judge. they just want to move things along cause there's a ton of people waiting.
  8. no way they are coming in off patrol. traffic court usually starts in the evening & there are way too many tickets to challenge by officers. I never heard of court costs in traffic court. there are probably 150 people at any one session. are they going to charge everyone who loses?
  9. fair enough. it's still a grey area. in darkness, confusion, & little time to reflect, things can go south fast.
  10. yes, keep rescheduling. they can't possibly show up to every ticket they write. the judge would crazy to reschedule you more than 3 times.
  11. Personally, I can't take someone's live over replacable property. This reminds me of road rage. In the heat of the moment, people do stupid things. Mentally prepared on what you would do in an emergency, so you don't make studpid decisions haunting you for the rest of your life.
  12. I hope you like facing criminal charges for shooting an unarmed suspect & all the wrongful death lawsuits putting you in the poor house. Even officiers can not shoot unarmed suspects running away.
  13. You couldn't possibly be in fear for your life if the intruder is unarmed unless you are a 90 year old 4 foot high woman facing a 6 foot intruder.
  14. If the officier does not show up, respectfully request the judge to dismiss your ticket because you are unable to question your witness. State that you have made the effort to show up today. They will probably not reschedule you. (please do not take this as legal advice.)
  15. I actually like the single stacked grips. Oh well... go with sig p220 compact
