Came home about 11:00 tonight to find a suspicious person lurking in our backyard. I chased him off while my fiance called 911. The cops were unable to find him. 5'10-ish male, stocky build, light skin color, wearing a light colored tshirt, long jean shorts, and work boots. Yes, the description only matches about 1 million people, but just a reminder to lock your doors and stay vigilant.

Fiance and I just took a basic pistol class with them for our anniversary and it was a lot of fun. We would definitely use them again.

Sig SP2022 is available to rent at Shore Shot if you wanted to give it a try.

1. Application type (FID/permit w/ existing FID). FID and P2P 2. Police Department where you applied. Brigantine, NJ 3. Name of the person you dealt with at the PD. Sgt Mclasky 4. Time taken to issue FID and/or permit. 29 days 5. Documents required by the PD (aside from the standard application and the mental health release form). None 6. Notes - anything pertaining to the application process (unforeseen difficulties, chief of police calling your home, you hiring an attorney, etc.). My application went through quickly, but my girlfriend (who applied a few days before me and was fingerprinted two days after me) has not had her references contacted yet.

I've taken a few trips to shore shot in the last couple of weeks with my gf and she loves the 2022. Easy to shoot, light, and handles recoil well.

Ugg, not that answers I wanted to hear, but I appreciate the responses. Its kind of what I figured, anyway.

Hello folks, I'm about to buy a house in Gloucester County which will become my primary residence. I have not received my FID or P2P that I applied for about 3 weeks ago in Brigantine (Atlantic County). I'll have my apartment until the end of July so it shouldn't be too much of an issue to get the paperwork if it's done before then, but what happens if it doesn't get finished by then? Would I have to start the process over with the Monroe Township PD? If the paperwork does come back in time, can I still use the P2P even if my address has changed? Any insight is appreciated, with this or the Monroe Township PD. Thanks!

Psh, I'm more than a gig deep in my gmail box and I shutter to think about actually counting them all. So no, you don't have a problem

Atlantic County Firearms Training Facility - newb questions
Ruk replied to Ruk's topic in Ranges & Gun Shops
1) Awesome picture. 2) Thanks for the info. I don't plan on doing any rifle shooting (yet), just handguns and paper targets for now. It might be a good place to get my feet wet, then move on to bigger facilities once I get more agressive with my tastes. Thanks again. -
Welcome, I'm also in Atlantic County. Do you have any idea where you'd like to shoot?

I appreciate the response. I've read that Bob's was always crowded and parking was a nightmare. Any truth to that? -

Right, that's the Atlantic County facility I'm talking about. I'm right outside of AC so Winslow is about 45 minutes which makes SJSC another good choice for me. What do you like about SJSC? Thanks -

I'm a newish resident of Atlantic County and a soon to be firearm owner and was hoping someone had some insight into the layout/atmosphere/anything else I should know about the facility. Their website is a bit scarce compared to those of other south jersey places. Thanks!
